Pros:

Close to Dollywood and in Pigeon Forge. Balcony was nice.

Keys would not work, twice. Building and facilities dated with poor lighting.

Pros:

I like the location and that the hotel was able to accommodate my service dog! Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! It was also great that they have a pool and jacuzzi!

Very clean, Staff were excellent. I had to arrive a day late and they still made sure I had my room to come to :)

Pros:

Most of everything, the pool, hot tub, the breakfast was great .

Cons:

They told me I could pay when I got there. So I took the money out of my account and the hotel charged me after it was checked for me to pay at the property. I was over drafted and didn't realize it .

Stay somewhere else
Pros:

Really not much closeness to pigeon forge strip

Cons:

Keys kept not working 5x on top the pillows are worn out not recommended and you can smoke on your balcony
