Pros:

Location was nice and within distance of a few restaurants and a gas station.

Cons:

That the front desk staff said room number out loud. I'm a single traveler and when another person is nearby I'd prefer my room number to be not said out loud. You dont know who has bad intentions these days. Just be mindful and have awareness for safety.

Pros:

It was close to the facility.We needed to go to for an appointment.

Cons:

The bed it was very uncomfortable. It's like it, it needs to be a new mattress and the hot watercet in the for the bathroom. We didn't have hot water, but we did in the bathtub.

Pros:

The free parking and was easy to get too
They had a few restaurants near by

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working and we were staying on second floor.
The place is a bit run down and our room smelt of cigarette smell very badly even tho it was a non smoking room.
Definitely should be cheaper price to stay there.

It was always good, but now it's better in every way.
Pros:

I have stayed here many times on business and always enjoyed it, but this was the first time since their renovation. The refreshed version significantly nicer and quieter. The breakfast was very good on both days, with one minor exception, below.

Cons:

My only complaints are: 1) There is no hand soap nor body wash in the rooms. There are shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no wash. I called the front desk thinking that maybe it was an oversight, but it wasn't. No big deal, I just pulled a travel size from my stuff, and; 2) The juice machine in the breakfast area dispensed apple juice that had a noticeably fermented alcohol odor. All of the other juices and the water were fine. I informed the staff and they promptly disconnected that tap. Again, not a big deal, but it may point to maintenance and product rotation.

Disgusting, do not recommend!!
Pros:

Room was full of fleas and was dirty overall, disgusting!!

I had booked a 3 day stay, and ended up leaving early. Still can’t get no resolution as they have a no cancellation policy after check in.

It was a place to sleep nothing more.
Pros:

Check in was seamless

Cons:

The smell when you walked into the hotel, and into your room. It wasn’t well lit inside the room. And no soap was provided at the sink. Also the hotel room was dirty. The WiFi didn’t work well. And The sheets were itchy.

Pros:

We love the location to family and things we need. Very clean and well decorated. I don’t know what they use to make the lobby smell good but I love it.

Better communication with staff and front desk .

Breakfast was average in respect to variety of options .
Location is good because it’s close to main highways .

Cons:

My stay was for a 4 day stay at the property .
Only once did housekeeping announced their service and we did not deny service ,we merely told staff to return later that day .
They didn’t return that day or the remainder of our stay .
My room was not cleaned or serviced
get new towels etc .
I had to ask twice for extra towels .
It was until the last time we asked
that staff was aware housekeeping had not service our room .
They did give us extra towels in the end .
