The hotel was comfortable, breakfast is excellent, a good variety

Cons:

The fact that there is no laundry room. Staff at the front desk could have an arrival cold drink or ice water especially in this hot weather being experienced.

Lo que más me gustó fue el servicio: el personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno también está bastante bien.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que la traducción del inglés al chino en Booking no era del todo correcta, lo que generó una confusión con la reserva: la habitación estaba preparada para tres personas cuando nosotros éramos cuatro. Aun así, quiero destacar que el personal hizo todo lo posible por solucionarlo y finalmente nos ofrecieron una alternativa en una suite, algo que agradecimos mucho.

Мне понравилось сервис сотрудников гостиницы. Все было хорошо. Правда было недоразумения на счет завтрака. Но все было решено. Спасибо большое за сервисное обслуживание. Завтра мы выезжаем в 12.00. завтракать не будем так как нам уже не положена. Утром мы сами зажем для себя еду. Огромное спасибо

The rooms are dated with mould in bathroom. Staff at breakfast are not welcoming at all.

Good hotel in the centre of Chengdu
Pros:

Modern hotel in very central location with wonderful breakfast. Indoor swimming pool was also nice.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel it was strange that at the reception desk when we arrived no one spoke English. Also we had to pay extra for family room because the room we booked on booking.com had beds that were too small for 4 of us.
