We had two separate bookings, and the hotel kindly upgraded us, which was a wonderful surprise. We have just completed the first booking and still have two more nights to stay, but so far our experience has been excellent.
The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and our room is comfortable. The upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable. We are very happy with the hotel so far and look forward to the rest of our stay.
Great view, excellent location near food and subway, and kind staff. Definitely recommend. In addition, provide types of necessities like different pillows, and very clean.

We LOVED everything about the crown plaza Chengdu. We had been in Chengdu for a few nights at a different hotel so when we moved we were so happy about the absolute ease of checking in- 2 hours early with no questions. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were shown to our room by a kind porter who insisted on carrying all our bags. We were delighted with the room and so HAPPY about a comfortable and soft mattress. We had hoped for this and read reviews saying the beds were comfortable and they were incredible. The best bed linen also. I had arrived the day before my birthday and the day of my birthday I arrived back from the gym and spa- which has really good equipment for a good workout and swim. And we found a beautiful birthday card and cake from Tian and Jerry from the customer service team. How kind and thoughtful .I would recommend this hotel to anyone for ease of being in central Chengdu two minutes from chunxi square yet quiet enough to get rest and peace. The gym and spa are really good. The staff were the most important part of this experience everyone was just incredible. Thanks so much. We will be back.

Rooms and facilities not up to 5 star rating. This hotel should be 4 star at best. Bathroom in Initial room was moldy. Requested a room change which was willingly accommodated. New room was an improvement over the first but bathroom old and room dated.

A fabulous property - five star ,!excellent facilities in the room , lovely soft bathrobes - outstanding breakfast and the restaurant is also great if you want a break and have some western food . Staff were very helpful

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war super nett und die Lage wirklich toll. Um die Ecke sehr leckere Hot Pot Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. iFS in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei. Pancakes, Toast, Muffins - die Kinder waren happy.
