Pros:

The facility was well organized and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast menu was the basic food arrangement found in most hotels. This particular breakfast menu did not offer Decaf coffee and the Apple juice was as thick as Molasses. The breakfast staff was very polite and and accommodating.

Pros:

Good location for what we wanted to do. Clean and friendly establishment. Gentleman at the desk was superb.

Cons:

Some of noise traffic from the highway. all night and above us with people on the third floor. The mattress wasn't the best.

Finally a hotel experience that is the way it should be.
Pros:

This stay exceeded my expectations; I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past. Not here! I would absolutely stay here again and this hotel and staff has set the standard for how hospitality should be done.

Overpriced.
Pros:

Outrageous to have asked for an additional $15 for brkfst on top of an exorbitant base fee.

Cons:

Way overpriced; prices compare to fine, larger city hotels. The addition of a breakfast fee is bizarre. Shower water was cold. I could hear neighbors frequently. 'Balcony' overlooked nothing but roof. Stay elsewhere.
