We will definitely be back when we have an early flights.
Pros:

Wonderful location close to the airport. Very clean facility and parking lot. Staff were very friendly and informative. We came in early evening and after we checked in were wanted a cup of decaf coffee. The lobby had a coffee but no decaf. We went to the bistro and they did not have any decaf. When the desk clerk heard the situation, she went back into the kitchen and when she returned we had a fresh pot of decaf coffee.

Cons:

Only thing I can complain about is the shuttle to the airport. My girlfriend and I were in the lobby location before anyone else. When the shuttle went to load it was not organized so others were able to fill up the van (taking a seat just inside the door making others climb past them to get a seat. Not necessary the hotels fault but that what we did not like about our stay.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

I was only there for one evening because my flight was delayed. I arrived late in the evening and Jessica (I think that’s her name) waited on me at the front desk. I believe she was the manager on duty. She could tell I was frustrated and tired because of my ongoing delays at the airport and she was so friendly. she even texted me once I was in my room to make sure the room was ok. She was very professional and courteous! I took their shuttle back to the airport the next day and the driver was on time and friendly.
