Bardzo brudno w hotelu. Dostaliśmy pokój z bardzo brudnym łóżkiem, wyglądało jakby ktoś zwymiotował. Poprosiliśmy rano o wymianę łóżka, po powrocie wieczorem łóżko nadal było w pokoju, dopiero za drugim razem wieczorem wymienili. W lodówce były otwarte produkty spożywcze po kimś kto był przed nami. Wykładzina z brudu kleiła się do nogi. Na meblach widoczne plamy, meble śmierdzą. Personel hotelu nie był pomocny, zachowywał się jakby musiał tutaj pracować za karę. Mieliśmy problem z podłączeniem się do wi-fi na dwóch telefonach, pani w recepcji wzruszyła tylko ramionami. Dopiero inna pani w recepcji pomogła ustawić wi-fi.
Location was great being next to the path train. Also the mall is like right there
During our visit the key cards weren't working so we were escorted to our room every time we left

Hair in the bathtub, towel and other places. Very unhygienic being that I was with my toddler and needed to use the towel. We also booked a car ride Saturday and Sunday morning the same driver offered to drive us to the airport. The driver said he would charge us the same as uber or Lyft but when we got in he haggled for double the price and demanded cash payment.we were exhausted and just wanted to catch our flight so we cave in. Very unprofessional to have drivers like these in a hotel like these.
They have a pool, fitness center, and a nice lounging area.
Everything was so expensive parking $36/day. The pet cleaning fee is crazy being though the room was already dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The nerve to charge $100 dollars non refundable then $20/day and I received the room dirty. That’s a joke.
All the amenities especially the pool and jacuzzi and so clean

The hotel is very well maintained, with excellent housekeeping and top-notch facilities. The food was delicious, and the staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
Can be a bigger campus
The room was very spacious, and moving from the 2nd to the 7th floor made a huge, positive difference. The bedsheets and pillows were perfectly clean, and the bathroom was quite decent. After leaving a tip, the housekeeping staff did a very good job. A huge plus was the washer and dryer located next to the pool area—it was incredibly useful for us! There is also a nice little courtyard for cigarette breaks. The surrounding area is absolutely phenomenal, safe, and beautiful. The subway station is right next to the hotel, and there is a shopping mall and grocery stores right across the street. Even though the hotel doesn't have its own garage, they use a public one that is brilliantly managed, feels like it's part of the hotel, and is very affordable for this location
The beds were only average, but the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the floor and furniture. The floor in the room was physically uneven, and the carpet and extra sofa were catastrophically dirty. Walking just two steps in white socks made them completely black. Additionally, the price was way too high. Even considering the phenomenal location and the fact that it's just one subway stop away from the Oculus, the rate was still overpriced for the quality provided.

Asking to be moved as the staff couldn't another guest to stop their dog from barking all day, and getting charged for it without my knowledge.
We stay often at the Newport Courtyard and are experiences are always very good. We recently stayed (Aug 4-5) and when checking in we were greeted by Rose. Rose is often working the front desk when we arrive and she is an absolutely delightful person. She makes the check in experience a great one. She is always smiling and goes well out of her way to ensure you are taken care of and everything is good. Rose is a great representative of the Marriott brand. We look forward to seeing her and speaking with her in future visits.
