I would stay again
Pros:

The location worked well for me, knowing I wouldn’t have a view. The price was right for the high season and I had pleasant interactions with staff except one. My room was spacious, with a bath, large tv screen and adequately sized desk. When I asked for extra coffee it was delivered generously.
The keg, was great the first night but the second night was not good so I hope they will do some quality control for those prices.

Cons:

Although pleasant interactions over all, I didn’t have a good interaction with one staff member which caused much time lost and eventually frustration. I did speak to a duty manager as more training is needed for something very simple.

So much extra charges
Pros:

Location wasn't bad you're in the middle of everything.And you could go either way and there's something

Not sure I’d stay here again
Pros:

Close to everything was able to walk everywhere

Cons:

Huge wet spot upon check in at 11pm - employee put his hand in it and smelled it and said it’s only water I can get a towel - concerned what the wet spot was with a red stain in the middle
No fitted sheet - so gross having to sleep on the mattress protector
Cleaning lady knocked on the door on our departure date to see if we were gone yet. Woke us up so we left feeling like we had too
The night manager was good and refunded our money but it was our little getaway after our wedding. Wasn’t very happy with it

Hervorragende Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Man hatte genug Platz. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage und man konnte zu Fuß zu den Niagarafällen gehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet extra. Fürs Parken muss man auch extra zahlen. Dafür ist der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel sehr groß.

Good location, terrible staff
Pros:

Location and clean

Cons:

The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited hours for extra pillow and blanket. The staff was unresponsive and acted put out with anything and everything. Also, not enough pillows. There were 3 small ones per bed.
