Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ok for the price. Staff were friendly. The free snacks was a very nice touch. We enjoyed an ice cream and water, thanks! It was very quiet so sleeping was nice.

Cons:

The conditioner in the shower was empty. Need to check the dispensers. Toilet paper was only single ply which was disappointing, like really? Coffee was also very poor and coffee pot was not clean. View was terrible, just wish we had a better view and were able to see the fireworks.

No one help us to to take our luggage and guide us to the room.

Upon asking for Assistance, the receptionist told us by pointing the figure, there is the the elevator. Goto to 3rd floor

I had my senior citizen parents with me. I had to take all of our luggage to the room 1 by 1.

Ok hotel but not as good as I remembered
Pros:

I’ve been here before and for the most part it’s the same as before but there’s a few more things I noticed on this trip that I hadn’t before.

First, if you’re a Bonvoy Elite status, there’s really not much benefits. Unlike other properties, Parking is still paid, no free water, your choice is 500 points or $10 off the breakfast (more on this later) even if you are Platinum.

Generally the staff were helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean, and no issues with noise or the HVAC. No issues there. Rooms have a fridge but not all floors have ice machines.

Location is also good. Close to Clifton Hill and not too far if you have to catch a show at OLG Stage. And if you get a south facing room, you can even catch the fireworks from your room.

The not so good is the paid breakfast that, on a whole, is less variety and similar in quality to a free breakfast at your typical North American hotel chains. Only difference is that there’s an egg station for omelettes. I somehow recall the breakfast was better previously. There’s no lobby water or coffee.

Overall it is ok, but I would skip the breakfast and get it somewhere else.

A great option close to the falls
Pros:

It was so unbelievably clean which I was thrilled about. It was in a good walking location to the Cliffton Hills attractions and falls. The only downer was that our room was not ready until almost 5 pm and the manager on duty didn't seem overly bothered by that fact, stating "check in STARTS at 3pm"....Imagine if a guest said check out STARTS at noon! LOL Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend.
