Thanks for the nice stay!
Pros:

The registration staff was immediately available. Room was clean and in order! Did not have time for the pool, but the pool area looked very inviting. Snacks were extra, but available for purchase. AM coffee was great!

Cons:

Stuff happens and the hot water was out on my first stay, but worked perfectly the second time I stayed a couple days later.

Very disappointed that the staff never notified their guest ahead of time
Pros:

No breakfast

Cons:

There was No hot water for two days and the hotel staff never told us when we checked in . It was unsanitary for my family and I’m sure for other guests to not being able to bath for days.
