Only you have nowhere else to stay. Avoid.
Pros:

Good location. Fairy quiet. Excellent staff.

Cons:

Carpets are crap. Outside the building is nasty. ADA door didn't work. Faucets loose. Bedding about the cheapest you can get. People hanging around the lobby sleeping on the furniture. Had to make a special request just to get fresh towels on day 2. And you would think they would empty the garbage but.. no. Overall, for the cost of the place it was horrible. Don't let the outside pictures fool you.. in the room that I was in, traveling with a world war II veteran, the ADA shower hose was totally jacked up and would not work properly.

Check in was easy, the 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and let me check in early.

Cons:

When we got to our room our beds were not made up and we had no towels. We requested for towels but we were never notified when they were ready so we had to go downstairs to get them and they weren’t even clean.
