Disappointed Stay
Pros:

Nothing about this site was pleasant.

Cons:

Pool was closed due to someone pooping in it, stains on the carpets from previous pets. Dust on all fixtures and bathroom had hair in the shower from previous people. Hotel desperately needs an upgrade, staff not knowledgeable of rates or accommodations made over the phone before our stay!

Nice clean quiet amazing beds nice hot showers and water pressure

Cons:

No microwave in rooms
Ice machine on 1 floor
No shade for pool and spa area

Poor cleanliness, filthy bathrooms, and roach issues made this stay unacceptable.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was unacceptable from the beginning. We immediately felt the room was dirty and even asked to switch rooms shortly after checking in. The alternate room shown to us did not appear much better, so we ended up staying in the original room. The bathroom especially felt filthy, and we later found roaches in the room during our stay. When we spoke to the front desk, the staff was not rude, but they basically explained there was little they could do because the reservation was booked through a third-party service.
