Cons:

We were moved to 3 different rooms because the rooms did not accommodate our three guests. We were given one king bed for 2 adults and a teen. The final room was under construction and didn’t have curtains on the windows.

Great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott
Pros:

I stayed here for 1 week, the room was great, clean and tidy, enough space for me, I used the gym, has all the basics there for a good workout, i didn't use the eating facilities so i cant comment on that, they had a vending corner which was good for water, sweets etc, the hotel is very central which is handy, so although it can get noisy at night i knew this before hand and to be honest it wasn't that bad and if you have had a really busy day each day like i had then you wont have problem getting to sleep, i would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed it.

Está bien ubicado y la habitación estaba limpia.

No te avisan de que te van a cobrar una especie de fianza por cada noche que estás hospedado. Estuvimos dos días y no vinieron a hacernos las camas ni cambiarnos las toallas. Al hacer el check out, se lo comentamos y nos dijeron que solo hacían las camas y cambiaban las toallas si lo pedíamos en recepción. Primera vez en mi vida que voy a un hotel y sucede esto. Sobre todo, teniendo en cuenta que he estado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena durante estos días y eso no ha sucedido.

There was no mention prior to check-in that the hotel was under construction. The dust, the smells of plasters and paint bothered my allergies so much. The noise of banging and tools didn't help either. I paid over $500 for two nights. Then, the price dropped almost $100 before check in, and the price was not honored. At check-in, I gave the gentleman my card and told him I wanted to use that instead of the card on file. He never even took the card info and told me I was good. I was charged to the card I told him I DIDNT want to use. It absolutely was not worth it.

Pros:

I always look for a Courtyard Marriott first when I'm booking any short stay. I know I will get good value for a high quality, clean and updated room. Even after a long drive or a late night I know I will have an easy check in and a good night sleep. The Providence Courtyard met these high standards but the staff exceeded them.

Cons:

The new carpet smell from the renovations. Air filters would be helpful.
