bout it. Upon check out at the advice of Adrian we had the unfortunate displeasure of having to interact with Delia, we just wanted to confirm the changes he made took effect. Upon check out she changed the rates of one room to over a $200 increase and she had no interest in customer service or assisting with resolving any issues. She was for some reason more interested in the titles of Adrian and Joseph. Repeatedly stating that Joseph is a new hire and Adrian is the night auditor. She was extremely condescending, a verbatim example is. When I asked her if she was the manager (since she repeatedly kept bringing up job titles which was not the issue) she stated "Unfortunately, I am not the manager." As if she was somehow shafted from a promotion somewhere along the line and we were the reason why she was somehow done a disservice at her job. Ultimately, we decided to leave because we were getting no where with Delia and would call to speak to Donna and email her later when we get home to not ruin the rest of our vacation. I do truly hope that Donna reviews any and all camera footage to be able to better train Delia in a customer service. And truly hope that no one else has to deal with her condescending tone and attitude in any interaction. As we went to leave without the issue being resolved she asked for my name and if I was an associate of Marriott hotels. The entire interaction she didn’t even verify my identity.
My entire interaction with Delia is the only reason for such a low score. Her customer service and increasing the rate of our stay at CHECK OUT I am sure is illegal.
I booked this hotel many weeks in advance.I have received many confirmation notices. I also paid an additional amount for insurance in case my trip changed dates. I also paid a $300 deposit. When I arrived around 4 pm (the time listed for check in) they said they were booked solid and my reservation was cancelled. I had to find another place across town at a much higher rate. Not happy. Please confirm all of my refunds.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt this time I need to let others know how great my stay was. The service was so friendly, every time we went in an out we were greeted by everyone, my kid loves waving at people and they were waving at him every time they saw us, put a smile on my kid's face and ours. We felt welcome and appreciated.

Very nice and excluded couldn’t keep my son out of the pool very close to Lego land and the beach. Miguel’s down the road was some good Mexican food too . We loved it. Heated seating outside the pool area with tvs and fire place.

Such a good experience! Daisy, Delia, Zack and crew were so helpful and thorough while we stayed here with our team. They went above and beyond and made a long weekend away from home feel peaceful and easy for our players and families!
I stayed at this hotel for over 30 days on a business trip, and everyone was very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet, just what I needed after a long day of work—special shout-out to the front desk, Lavenia, who was pleasant and helpful.
My stay was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were top-notch—spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel’s location near the main attractions was perfect, just what I was looking for. The highlight was definitely the exceptional customer service from the manager, Liridona (hope I got the spelling right). She was incredible, making me feel truly welcome and going above and beyond to answer all my questions. Her attention to detail made me feel cared for at every step. I can't wait to return and will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, especially because of the outstanding service from Liridona!

Bathroom size is important. Sink area was too small. Windows was so dirty you can't see out of them.( Room 345) Couldn't turn the air on because the room was so dusty. Made my allergies flare up
