Good location, trail nearby, has everything you need, personnel is nice.

Cons:

The toilet clogged. I asked to fix, they said they will come in 2 hours. Nobody came for the whole day. When I returned in the evening I needed to ask one more time, the guy came and I needed to explain again what happened.

I like the fact that I was treated as a vip guest. I have been staying at Sonesta hotels for more than 30 years from Aruba to here and I felt like I never left the vip corporate treatment

Pleasant stay with nice views surrounding property, secoubd
Pros:

The property was well kept and very quiet even with my room facing freeway and Amtrak passing by! Noise level was no issue! I loved the balcony in the room

Cons:

There’s no pool or jacuzzi at this property! It would have made my stay even better

Amazing place to stay in San Francisco.
Pros:

This is our 3rd time to stay here. We brought 4 of our friends here this time. It was quiet and the view is amazing!

Cons:

This time we stayed there was loud thuds on the floor on top of our room. But it was short.

Wir hatten über Booking die Option Frühstück inklusive gebucht.
Leider war es das einzige Hotel auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise, wo uns das inklusive Frühstück verwehrt wurde. Man hat uns stattdessen einen 10$ Gutschein pro Person und Frühstück angeboten. Eine Beschwerde zum gebuchten Vertrag hat reichlich eine Stunde in Anspruch genommen. .Am ersten Tag ist man uns noch mit einem weiteren Gutschein pro Person entgegen gekommen. Am zweiten Tag hieß es nur lapidar: Booking hat einen Fehler gemacht und das wäre nicht das Problem des Hotels. Ein bisher gewohntes amerikanisches Frühstück war aber unter 20$ pro Person nicht möglich.
