We stayed 2 nights before our cruise, price was OK but everything else was average
Pros:

Location was close to the airport.

Cons:

Flight got in late. called at 11:40 for shuttle. Was told shuttle ran until midnight. called hotel and was told last shuttle was 11:30. Was told we would have to take a taxi or Uber in rude manner. We had to Uber and it was $45. We got to the hotel and we had booked a water view balcony and was given regular. When we went back down to the desk we were told balcony rooms were not guaranteed and that we could see a little water from our room. Hotel is a little rough with graffiti in elevator and showing age.

Nice place; some of the staff needs some work.
Pros:

Nice large rooms. Convenient in terms of proximity to the airport.

Cons:

We arrived on July 2, 2026 at 10:10 pm. The shuttle driver was a terrible, even dangerous driver (ran a stop sign) and incredibly rude. He made no effort to help
with our bags, and then made rude comments after they weren’t in the “correct” rack. The morning shuttle driver was lovely, but the guy in the evening was enough that I won’t stay there again - I’d been traveling for 14 hours and didn’t need his ineptitude and poor attitude
