I wouldnt use this particular hotel again.

The location was great

Cons:

When parking, there wasnt enough so had to park in the HGV parking. This was unsafe as i had my wife and 2 children. You should have access to the main services car park but we were told we couldnt.

We ordered a cot in the family room, we had to ask reception 3 times for the bedding as there was none. This was asked at 5pm, 8pm and then 10pm when the baby was due to be in bed.

Iron and ironing board werent in the room. When asked at reception, we had to take a picture showing it wasnt there.

Very good indeed
Pros:

The location was very good for us. Most importantly the staff were excellent. Reception were extremely helpful and all staff very polite.

Cons:

The bedroom did not have ac which was difficult for us in the summer heat.

Pros:

Easy to access, parking was fair, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was okay but needs a proper clean and refresh, food was good and it was reasonably priced.

Cons:

The room smelt musty, the carpet was dirty and had stains, it needed a thorough clean.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Restaurant. Hilfsbereites Personal. Lage direkt an der Sutobshn, dennoch für ein Fahrrad zu erreichen. Kann im Zimmer geparkt werden.

Pros:

Good bed. Excellent fan.

Cons:

Charge for car parking unnecessary sting in tale on room that had cost quite enough. Dining room did not tempt me.

Cheap, dog friendly, quiet, safe, quality, friendly staff.
Pros:

Handy cheap hotel on the motorway for a night as we had a long drive with little dog so it broke the journey up for us. Nice green grass for dog to walk on. Breakfast was yummy!
