Convenient place to stay in between long drive from Cornwall to Manchester
Dirty stained carpets, finger smudges on windows. Poor standard of cleanliness.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Restaurant. Hilfsbereites Personal. Lage direkt an der Sutobshn, dennoch für ein Fahrrad zu erreichen. Kann im Zimmer geparkt werden.
There was a theft from my room. I reported it but nobody has contacted me.
Handy cheap hotel on the motorway for a night as we had a long drive with little dog so it broke the journey up for us. Nice green grass for dog to walk on. Breakfast was yummy!

Good bed. Excellent fan.
Charge for car parking unnecessary sting in tale on room that had cost quite enough. Dining room did not tempt me.
Friendly staff
A bit noisy at times
Bed was comfortable
As someone who stays away regularly for business I have experience of lots of hotels- the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced. There was nothing there at 7:30, there was no eggs, bacon or anything, the bread area was empty, no urgency to replenish. The chef said she’d ran out of eggs so was using powdered eggs for scrambled eggs, absolutely dreadful. There’s no air con in the rooms, it’s broken so they give you a dusty old fan,
Choice of breakfast was OK.
Location good
Breakfast was going cold.
Room while clean felt a bit 'grubby'.
No separate hand towels.
Extra pillows looked as if they had been previously used.
Two comfortable chairs in room would have been nice.
Having to pay extra for parking
Clean
No air con,.room extremely warm, apparently there was a vent but there wasn't, breakfast was cold, plenty of other hotels cheaper for this standard
Clean tidy friendly
Nothing
No air conditioning, poor staff attitude and average rooms
It's the same. Familiar. Work pays.
100s Rooms. Noisy, foot traffic, 4am banging about, Hostage car park charge, the most basic of coffee provisions, no bottled water in room.
Very convenient location.
Having to pay extra for parking after we had paid to stay. Felt like a rip off. This should be included in the price.
Great base for trip to cornwall clean friendly staff good facilities
Bought a advance food voucher but was pointless as the food cost less than the voucher food i ordered wasn't worth it so wouldn't do that again and also had to pay extra for parking tv wasn't great either for channels only had a couple and cant get free veiw channels
It was friendly when I walked in and left. The staff were helpful and felt genuine. it had a good warm atmosphere. There was an open communal space which though I didn't use, I'm sure if I had longer would have comfortably sat. It was during a heatwave and I expected it could get a little uncomfortable at night, but I saw there was a potable desk fan, and that was a pleasant and much appreciated bonus!
I was happy with everything
Comfort rooms ok
Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, despite us following the instructions. Ultimately, it’s absolutely pointless staying here when it’s remotely hot, let alone 30+ degrees. No air conditioning, rubbish fans with a really short cable. 3 nights in an uncomfortable sauna if a room. I dreaded going back to it each night.
