Price not final bill.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and place was clean.
Breakfast was good variety too.

Cons:

When I got there, I had to pay for an additional breakfast even though your price includes "GOOD BREAKFAST" - see attached photo. No one will get that far and then not take the breakfast when there are 3 in the party. This is another way of inflating your price after someone has already paid for their stay!!! Cheap way of getting someone at your premises and then charging them. THIS is WRONG.

Also additional parking £5 - how do people that stays at your premises get to the hotel? Seems that this must be included in the price or at least give you an option to add or remove and not send you an email afterwards to inform you about this.

Good value and comfortable for a Motorway Services Hotel
Pros:

For what is basically a motorway services hotel, I think it does exactly what it needs to and at a decent standard and at reasonable price.

Cons:

There are only limited parking spaces at the reception end to the hotel. If they are all full, you pretty much have to leave the services and completely go around the M5 roundabout and re-enter which is annoying.

Good stay good value!
Pros:

It was clean and tidy, got a drink at bar and staff were great. It was easy to get to and we ended up adding on breakfast after an early hot air balloon flight, they were very accommodating and the food was great.

Brilliant location. Staff were great. Clean and friendly.
Pros:

Location was perfect for me.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a problem. There was lots of parking in the service station area next door but outside the accommodation was more difficult. Ended up in the lorry section which worked but not the best of areas.

Pros:

Location is good for airport and staff very nice. Shower run down but pressure was good.

Cons:

Stain on carpet, room smelled of smoke. Pillows very old fixtures veey worn and need replacing. Not good value for solo traveller.
