Breakfast was very poor not many choices, location on the beach was nice ceiling leaked from room above next room they moved us to had holes in the wall.
They could’ve had more options for breakfast and maintenance is poor.
Location was perfect access to the beach and other activities
Bathroom was small and AC wasn't the best.

- dirty/dust everywhere (floor, corners, microwave, fridge, stove, tv, tables, chairs, bathroom)
- smelled like urine outside, especially at the inside parking lot and in the corner of my room door outside (that were filled with hair and dirty stuff)
- outside corridors were super dirty, lots of bugs/flies/cigarettes
- no utensils/pans/pots
- no iron/iron board, one dirty hair dryer
- bathroom is super claustrophobic
- stains (red/orange) on bedsheets
- holes on floor that were taped with black tape
- broken doors
- fungus on ceilings
- broken AC
- smelly pillows
- uncomfortable bed/pillows
I stayed here 2-3 times here in the past, but this time is one of the worst stays. Never staying here again, and I highly do NOT recommend staying here.
The staff was amazing. I was switched to a first floor room once the attendant realized my mom couldn't climb the stairs.The beds were comfortable.
The room was nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom was tiny and there was no elevator to accommodate my mother. There was sand on the floor and in the bed.
Didn’t make it for breakfast 🤦🏻♀️. The location was just right and the cleanliness of the rooms were more than I expected.

I liked that the room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. I loved that it was on the ocean.
First the parking was awful. My room had nats and ants. The room was very hot because the air only worked in one area. Housekeeping did not come to your room to refresh linens or towels, you had to walk down to the front desk. The tub was also dirty.
The location was great to access to the beach and the swimming pool was clean.
The staff was very rude they didn't provide extra towels you had to walk them down yourself, breakfast was sloppy didn't offer much check in was at 3pm but didn't get my room until 6

Nothing, it was terrible. Old facility
Ocean front room was down in a lower level, with the pool that was terrible at the window. Dingy, disgusting facility. Thin walls with smoke & noise passing through them. I left & checked out right after checking in. I trusted it sin e it was "by Windham" but that was a mistake. They didn't offer a refund or a partial refund. I booked w rooms. Worst facility; booking.com experience ever. TERRIBLE!!
We very much liked this was ocean front. The beds were very comfy and the sheets and towels were clean and soft. I loved there was not a ice cream truck blaring music every half an hour like most of Myrtle beach. We liked the waffles.
The room was not super clean. The bathroom shower had someone else's hair on the wall. The door facing was coming off. There was no elevator. We wished there was some form of protein..peanut butter, boiled eggs, or bacon.

The only good thing is the location.
The room was dirty, very dusty, the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and had a strong smell of urine. I paid for two nights and barely managed to stay one; my pregnant wife was already feeling unwell there.
