I have stayed there several times over the years and will return again.
Pros:

Location is great, pools and courtyard very nice and clean, complimentary breakfast pretty good. EV charging is wonderful to have.

Cons:

Rooms and hallways have old carpet that detracts from the motel and its feeling of cleanliness. But overall the rooms and premises are clean and well maintained.

Have stayed here before and have had much better results.
Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, hot items were all under cooked. The rooms floor was filthy. Hotels that use vinyl plank instead of carpet should understand that they may get better wear from the vinyl plank, but they sacrifice that for noise and extra maintenance. Vinyl plank floors have probably not been mopped for weeks, just vacuumed which made our socks and feet black when you walked across the floors.

Would stay here again in Penticton.
Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Decent breakfast. Nice pool and lounge area. Good value as hotels along the beach were hundreds more.

Cons:

WiFi warned about low security, that's always comforting. Some of the vending machines were labeled "Out Of Order".

Sound proofing between floors could have been better.

Penticton Family Get Away
Pros:

The outdoor pool was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the lawn chairs visiting with family. Breakfast included was great. Lots of choices. Very nice to have a fridge in the room. Enjoyed the clean vinyl plank flooring in the room (no carpet).

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was very loud. We selected the hotel for it's proximity to the main beach but the fencing around the parking lot didn't allow us to exit the property to the north side toward the beach. Could you have a gate that was unlocked during daylight?
The waffle iron broke and I really wanted to try them. They looked very tasty.

Well priced, outdoor pool was lovely, even though the weather was quite cool.

Very clean and comfortable

Excellent location within short walking distance to the lake, beach and all restaurants. The hotel was very clean, it had indoor and outdoor pools and had breakfast included.

Great stay in Penticton
Pros:

We had a v ery nice and comfortable rook with a patio and it was very clean. Pool and spa were great.

Cons:

The pool and spa times could be extended to 10 p.m. for the summer. We came late and did not get good use of them and were asked to leave at 9 p.m.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Nice walk along the lake and driveable to other parts of the area.
