Great view and great people
Pros:

Was hesitant booking this Hotel at first because of the reviews but so glad I did anyways. Enjoyed our stay here and I loved our room that it’s overlooking the falls. Everyone was so pleasant but the agent Nove who helped us at the desk was exceptional.

Pros:

Have been staying in this hotel few years ago in December, great view of the falls, very impressive.
This time can’t stay in this hotel, was being move to Hilton Hotel due to the room issues when the time we check in.
No comment for this time of stay .

Cons:

Need to pay for parking which is far from the hotel, need to wait for shuttle to bring you back the hotel.

Was very nice will, we will go back.
Pros:

When we arrived we had a terrible room in the court yard the next morning we got upgraded. The girl at night young lady with a hijab was very accommodating ( Maria maybe) and in the morning we met Natalia who was fantatic. She fixed us up with a room which was more our style as we are usally with Marriott when we travel. On the check out Natalia gave me her card and then I realized she was the front desk manager who gave me excellent service during my entier time. It was not a supprise that she was inchage as her coustomer service is exceptional. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff in genral were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room the first night, was terrible but then we got another one in the main hotel with was great. Other than that we have no complaints.
