Location good, the rest a miss.
Pros:

You stay for the view and location

Cons:

Check in line at 430pm took over 20 minutes. The staff seemed to be slow and there was no urgency to clear the line up. The room felt tired, bed was well used and shower had a hair in it. Mediocre at best for the price. Don’t pay $50 per night plus tax for parking. The Casio parking is $15-50 depending on the day.

Beds not made well; one bed was comfortable but the other wasn’t
Fire alarm went off on our floor - we could not understand instructions over loud speaker and other guests evacuating on our floor could not make out instructions either; poor sound quality-mentioned to staff
Kleenex box was almost empty but one was provided when asked for

Okay hotel, good view
Pros:

We liked the view. We stayed in the premium falls view room 1518. View of both falls, but only about 80% of horseshoe falls. Also could see the fireworks from room window. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We did not like how all 3 dresser drawers were broke and hard to use. Only one washcloth & 3 towels for family of 4. Did not offer any room service or restock unless you asked. Only a few floors had ice machine. No garbage in hallways to put bigger trash (ordered carry out and had no where to put it) and offered no dirty clothes bag. Also no soap tray, so it just sat on counter and would get stuck. The location was not bad but definitely hotels closer to more attractions (boat, zipline, Clifton hill..) all in all, it was okay. If it wasn’t for the view that we had, I would have rated it a 3.5 star.
