Disappointed with the room but everything else was nice.
Pros:

I love everything the hotel offers

Cons:

One my room had a malfunction
Two I did not get a nice size room and I didn't get a view of the fall that I paid for.
For my first time in Niagara falls I was kind of disappointed.

The location was great overlooking Niagara Falls. Large room and good location.

Cons:

Room decor needs updating and could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom didn’t have washcloths or soap upon arrival. Hallway was very warm.

We had a corner room on the 18th floor and the location was amazing. You can see the fireworks and light show from the r

Cons:

For the price there was easy maintenance that is needed. Drain in bathroom was plugged tile on the edge of hot tub was broken so they just put a trim piece on which looks horrible the one lamp would not stay on the carpet was very dated and worn. The AC worked but not great.

Cons:

Waited in line for 30 mins onlly to be told we had to go to another hotel due to water issues. Then I had to spend an hour and half checking in at the new hotel. Wasted 3 hours of my evening just trying to get a room that was pre booked and paid for. Lead into a late dinner and greatly shorter evening.

I expected better cleanliness and experience
Pros:

Convenience to the falls. Location is great!

Cons:

Cleanliness. Given that this is an older building, there was a strange odor. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay even though we stayed for 2 days.

Pros:

Location was great, rooms were nice, hallways could use a good cleaning. Likely due to the new upgrades planned and not wanting to put money out on such things.

Cons:

Hotel would of been better with an in house restaurant for breakfast.

Ein Ausblick fürs Leben
Pros:

Wir waren in der neunten Etage und hatten einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Niagarafälle.
Das war für uns das Wichtigste.
Und mit diesem Blick kann man das Hotel auch wirklich empfehlen. Auch wenn es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig wäre.

No need to spend more than 2 nights.
Pros:

We were transferred to the Hilton because our room at the Oakes was being under construction. After viewing the lobby of the Oakes and the condition of the hotel we are so happy we didn’t have to stay there. It looks nothing like the picture on the internet.

Cons:

Very expensive town and way too touristy
