Breathtaking views but facilities can be better
Pros:

The views, oh my god, you have to experience this view at least one time in your life. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was pretty amazing

Cons:

Only two large towels and one tiny one. Nothing to put on the floor in the jacuzzi and my partner slipped and hurt himself. Extremely dangerous to be honest. The jacuzzi itself is falling apart and wouldn’t fill up. Things were falling off in the jacuzzi. The room is aged and the air on was making horrendous noise as it’s dying.

For the price I paid for a last min staycation it was nice but would be upset if I came out of town and spent a lot of m

The hotel itself was amazing, and the view of Niagara Falls was fantastic.

I would especially like to thank the night shift staff member who helped me when I arrived. I had a UK charger adapter, which is different from the Canadian socket, and he kindly provided a charger for me. His help was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, my experience with the morning staff member (around 7:00–8:00 AM) was disappointing. When I asked for help with a charger, he refused and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Because of this, I missed an important meeting since the nearby shops were still closed and I could not charge my phone.

Apart from that incident, the rest of the staff and the hotel were fantastic. That is why I am giving 3 stars instead of a higher rating.

Pros:

Good location staff over and above normal to help

Cons:

That was very loud music coming from across the road
No changing rooms when you went for a swim had to get changed in the toilet
And to pay $100 to park my car was very excessive when staying at the same hotel
Some of the electric sockets did not work in the room.
