There was an ice factor with the bed looking like it wasn’t fresh.

The hotel as a whole seemed dirty and the bed looked like it had been slept in (the sheets weee not fresh). And the sheets did not even cover the mattress.

The bed was not the most comfortable (lumpy) and the blankets did not fit the bed properly.

More space to put things (shelves) in the bathroom since there wasn't any counter space.

Pros:

We reserved a falls-view room, and our room was on the 16th floor, which offered a really great viewpoint of the Horseshoe Falls—very nice! Considering the location and price compared to other neighboring hotels, I think this hotel is a good value for the money.

Cons:

There is a 50 CAD parking fee, which does not include tax.

Pros:

Location was great. Close to the incline railway and next door to the casino. Adjoining rooms were provided as requested.

Pros:

Tea coffee at reception makes more sense than wastage of providing for every room. Location and falls view lovely to wake up to. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Service at reception painfully slow, although staff were very friendly. Had checked in early and left luggage with bellman, advised we would only need to collect our key cards and luggage upon return. Easy stood for 35 mins on return before I asked a kind gentleman in front of me could I just collect my key cards as full check in had already been performed, however felt awful when I was further asked to produce i.d and was waiting another 10-15 mins to get key cards. Meantime the bellman had disappeared and a lovely maintenance man retrieved our luggage when we produced our ticket.
Otherwise rooms are clean but bathrooms require an update.

Breathtaking...
Pros:

When you book online you never know what you're gonna get. We read reviews and they were mixed and some not so good... but I have found you can't please everyone! This hotel was wonderful! The view was amazing! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were very pleased and if we're able to return to Niagara Falls we will definitely stay here again!

And everyone was super nice!

Cons:

The only thing I wish was that there was a balcony or ability to crack the window so I could hear the sound of falls.

Cons:

Poor reception. Requested a falls view room but didn't receive until I debated the ambiguous online booking procedure. Online indicated parking but had to pay $50 which wasn't clear during online booking. Hot water was not good. No coffee/ tea facilities in room. Elevators were smelly. Observation level was a joke. Overall, for the price, I will not be returning

I’m am not satisfied with my stay. I booked the Oaks for a reason not to stay at the Hilton because of someone else’s bo

My booking got switched to the Hilton which wasn’t worth the money I spent. Half the view of the falls was covered, upon my arrival there was no toilet paper or soap in the room, I had to pay a higher rate to park blocks away and the room was extremely hot the ac wouldn’t go below 70 degrees.
