Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Good location, near to French Quarter but not right in the noise. Easy walking to the river and other main attractions

Cons:

Beds were a little on the soft side, but that's personal preference

Excellent location and efficient, helpful reception staff
Pros:

Location perfect we were able to walk to the main tourist attractions
Tour recommended and organised by the reception at Hotel was excellent
Breakfast to start the day was generous in selections
Reception staff extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful and always had a smile

Cons:

Outside street entrances were dirty and not inviting
Shower over a bath not great for over 75year olds but manageable so some internal refreshing and updating could be beneficial

Best hotel experience by far on my third stay in the New Orleans area.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, prompt friendly service, beautiful atmosphere, I loved the food options.

Great accommodations, great location to all attractions and the trolley.
Pros:

Liked the covered garage parking on the site. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Room was clean, comfortable. An unexpected delight was free breakfast and dinner (with three free alcoholic drinks/per day)--only expected free hot breakfast. The food/menus were well-prepared and tasty. Easy walk to Bourbon Street in the French Quarter--a straight, pleasant walk from the hotel. We actually spent time in the open-air lounging area with a complimentary drink from Drury Hotel after we returned from dinner on Bourbon Street. A great overall experience--would stay here again and recommend it to others.
