Better than Anticipated!
Pros:

The breakfast was fine (same items offered daily), the coffee was good, the breakfast area was tidy, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The staff, for a budget hotel, was truly excellent.

Cons:

The location was conveniently located off the freeway, but there wasn't much around it.

Great!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Regan in particular was FANTASTIC as well as the general manager. We enjoyed seeing him helping with all facets of how the hotel ran from the kitchen, to the bar to check in and cleaning up. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The pool facilities were clean and we actually watched staff check the chemicals multiple times. The food was good.

Cons:

The only “dislike” would be the elevator was a little clunky when multiple people were on it.
