Pros:

The staff were very friendly.
The breakfast and dinners were great, we didn't have to decide each night were to eat dinner.
Close to city park, great option for kids.
Very clean and kid friendly.

Cons:

Requested additional towels, didn't received.
We had to get from another one of our families rooms.

Great location, food, and staff to have a relaxing stay in St. Louis.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We could walk to the Arch and riverboat ride. The happy hour dinner and drinks and breakfast were wonderful and allowed us to save money buying meals out. The fitness facilities were the best I’ve ever used at a hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis. You could even walk to a Cardinals game.

Pros:

Every day they had 5.30 kickback where you could get a variety of hot food free. There was a good choice and suited us after a days sightseeing. Free popcorn also.
Really near to the Arch as well.

Location for the Gateway Arch National Park was terrific. Evening drinks and snacks(dinner) were great. Staff was helpful and pleasant

Pros:

I liked the convenience of the location along with the breakfast included!

Cons:

I didn't like another individual staying there yelling at me about moving my car when I had been told that it was fine where it was while unloading my vehicle and taking things to my room.
