We'll stay there again, we really like it.
Pros:

Location was was great for Busch stadium and restaurants. The room was clean. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We've stayed there before, this time we had to park a block farther down but we didn't have to pay more to park there and it was a nice day, so the extra block wasn't bad.

Great location right by Busch Stadium. Decent stay
Pros:

The location of the property was great. The front desk staff were also great and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping knocked on our door several times between 7am-8am while we were sleeping. I also had to kill a big spider in our room.

Could have been better
Pros:

Location was good covered parking in a garage is nice but you have to pay for it

Cons:

Parking should be free for hotel guests. I reserved 2 room in FEBRUARY and when I checked in AUGUST 2 I was told there was only one room available and so to accommodate I had to have my entire party in the honeymoon suite OR split up and one couple go to another location what is the point in reserving something if it isn’t going to be available? The room was nice but the tub was dirty and the light fixtures are old and don’t all work the water pressure was pathetic and the thermostat wouldn’t stay on the set temp

Good, but could be better in some important services.
Pros:

I appreciated the close location of everything for entertainment. The included breakfast and dinner and a free adults drink was a real plus.

Cons:

Room service was not what it should have been. You literally had to beg them to refresh or clean your room.

It was wonderful!
Pros:

The location is perfect; so close to Busch Stadium! The staff, especially the manager, running around to make sure everything runs smoothly during the breakfast and happy hour chaos, is amazing! He is always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome.

Cons:

The elevator to our floor was out of commission after the baseball game, so that was a little annoying, but we understand, it is an old building, and that comes with some problems. The building is so beautiful though, so I wouldn't want to change it.

Convenient location, getting a bit worn out.
Pros:

Location close to Gateway Arch was wonderful. Love popcorn machine.

Cons:

Shower head sprayed out of tub. Curtain didn’t open in room. Methane gas smell in room. Staff didn’t sound concerned and was overwhelmed. All food chafing dishes empty when we arrived at breakfast. No TP in bathrooms at breakfast.
