Very clean and quiet even though the hotel was packed. Breakfast was great. Evening kick back with food and drinks was convenient. Perfect for travelers just checking in or families that just want to stay in for the evening. There was something for everyone with the mix of soup, salad, a main course with sides or hot dogs. Pool area was nice. You really do get what you pay for with this hotel. Also about 5 minutes from Grandview Hospital so this was super convenient and very beneficial for my family. We have already discussed coming back just for a nice weekend away.

Breakfast on a real plate with real dinnerware was a treat! I didn't take advantage of the evening meal and happy hour, but it looked lovely.
The staff seemed very happy in their jobs and were very welcoming and professional.
I would have liked some reading material - either in room or in the lobby - like a local newspaper, sightseeing guides, etc.
And I know I'm old, but I always appreciate a small notepad in my room.
The beds were very comfortable....food was delicious
The street sign Grandview was very small hard to see.. especially when your a senior
