Four-star label, two-star reality.

The hotel has a good location, the breakfast was good, and there was a fridge in the room.

Cons:

However, although it is officially rated as a four-star hotel, in practice it does not deserve more than two stars. The straps used to raise and lower the window shutters were completely missing. The air conditioning was old, and the shutters were also very old, damaged and incomplete.
There was a lot of noise from the street, which made it difficult to sleep. The shower was extremely small, and there were no shelves for soap, shampoo or other toiletries.

Overall, apart from the location, breakfast and fridge, the standard was far below what should be expected from a four-star hotel.

Bom custo-benefício e uma estadia confortável.
Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, o café da manhã é ótimo e os funcionários foram todos solícitos e educados quando eram acionados. Voltaria mais vezes com certeza.

Cons:

Achei o elevador um pouco antigo. Talvez seja a falta de manutenção, mas em uma das vezes que eu estava descendo para o andar do café da manhã a porta quase não abriu e, no outro dia de manhã, fiquei sabendo que ele não estava funcionando.

hotel céntrico muy bien conectado
Pros:

Está muy bien logrado el aprovechamiento de un edificio antiguo como hotel, se notan los detalles escogidos, el baño buenísimo. El personal muy atento, no nos pusieron ningún problema para cuidarnos las maletas tiempo extra antes y después del check in, muy amables, y preocupados también de la seguridad: la ubicación es MUY céntrica y sobre todo de noche es más solitario, por lo que siempre procuraron acompañar mientras llegaba el Uber. El desayuno es muy bueno, muchas frutas, jugos -incluso detox-, se pueden pedir opciones de huevo diferentes a las del buffet. La habitación era muy amplia. El domingo bajaron un telón para proyectar la final del mundial en el sector de sillones y mesitas del lobby.
Hay una estación de metro a pocas cuadras, dejo una recomendación: tengan reales a mano para poder circular bien en metro, no todas las estaciones aceptan pagar con tarjeta en los torniquetes, y la boletería solo acepta efectivo.

Cons:

Se podrían preocupar de mejorar detalles propios de un edificio antiguo: que cierre mejor la ventana, enchufes a los dos lados de la cama, una silla más acogedora en la pieza.
También podría haber un mejor café al desayuno.
