Extremely satisfied with my stay at the Gallery Art, above all the staff is wonderful.
Pros:

Fabulous location and very friendly attentive staff. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Location, location, location...
Pros:

Schitterende ligging. Op zo'n 150m van de Ponte Vecchio, maar net uit de drukte.
Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en attent. Echt top service.

Cons:

De kamers zijn écht heel klein. De badkamer heeft alles wat er moet zijn, maar is samengepropt op enkel vierkante meters.
Het ontbijt viel tegen. Zeker in verhouding met wat er voor betaald moet worden. Over het algemeen beperkt assortiment, fruitsap uit de fles, fruitsalade met veel te grote stukken fruit... Extra's (vers fruitsap, omelet, spek, ...) is tegen flinke bijbetaling. Echt niet in verhouding met de prijs.

Pros:

Beautiful views from the roof, excellent location next to ponte vecchio yet a very quiet street. The bed was so incredible comfortable and the staff was so helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. The restaurant was closed, but I’m not even complaining.

Pros:

L’ensemble du staff se préoccupe de votre bien être . Nous sommes arrivés à minuit passé accueillis avec beaucoup de classe . L’entièreté du séjour toute l’équipe a été très attentionnée. Nous avons énormément apprécié cet accueil et également la situation très privilégiée près du ponté veccio dans le centre historique . +Le petit déjeuner excellent.
