Wonderful property and staff!
Pros:

Property was clean and modern
The hotel staff were very warm and helpful to us. We couldn’t find the hotel due to street closures and they came to get us! Everyone there was just great!
Will definitely come back the next time we are in Florence!

Art Gallery is a great choice in Florence
Pros:

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and I liked the art atmosphere all around. Amenities were great. When needed, staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Service at breakfast was a little slow.

Sieht im Internet sehr viel besser aus als es ist.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Ponte Vechio, was das erkunden der Stadt sehr leicht macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, die Terrasse war ok aber nicht umwerfend, zumal die Privacy durch die angrenzende und nur durch sehr karge Bepflanzung getrennte Nachbar Terrasse nicht gegeben ist. Genau neben dem Hotel steht ein anderes mit einer höher liegenden Terrasse, von der jeder einen beobachte wie im Zoo.

Cons:

Werde ich nie verstehen: Lobby und Lift riecht extrem schlecht, man hat das Gefühl in einer Kanalisation zu stehen. Dafür kriegt man am Schluss ein Ferragamo Parfum geschenkt und fragt sich, warum das Management nicht in der Lage ist diesen Kanalgeruch mit Düften zu überlagern.
Das Spa war noch nicht offen, obwohl damit beworben wird.
Das Frühstück ist "solide" aber definitiv ausbaufähig. Warum man für Eierspeisen noch extre 12 Euro zahlen soll entzieht sich meiner Logik. Die Rooftop Terrassen Bar ist für die Öffentlichkeit zugängig.
Das Hotel ist definitiv (letzte Etage) nicht behindertengerecht, aber das ist ganz Florenz nicht.
Die Klimaanlage wird zentral von der Rezeption aus gesteuert, was bis auf die Möglichkeit die Temperatur um 3 Grad zu verstellen, oder ganz auszumachen, unglaublich lästig ist. Entweder es ist zu warm oder zu kalt, am Schluss wird ein Missverständnis bedauert, was auch nicht zielführend ist. Die Klimaanlage ist genau auf das Bett gerichtet.
Das Hotel ist mehr oder weniger ein Neubau, was von aussen sehr uncharmant aussieht.
Das Thema Gallery wird durch rumhängende Plakate unterstrichen, auf denen mehr oder weniger logische Sprüche stehen.
Der Frühstücksraum ist als Bibliothek ausgelegt und im Souterrain, was na ja... eben Souterrain, aber hübsch eingerichtet.
Die Jr Suite mit kleiner Terrasse ist hübsch eingerichtet aber man zahl eigentlich nur für die Location, ich würde nicht mehr hingehen. 2900 Euro für 3 Nächte? Ich hätte sehr viel mehr erwartet.
