Pros:

Nice view of the park with a bench and grounds to relax. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

Shower was very low pressure, it took a long time to get clean. Not enough towels provided.
Room was not filthy but it was not particularly clean.
The breakfast does not include any hot prepared foods.

Was happy with this stay. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Pros:

The accessible room was great. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice view from top floor. Nice little courtyard on bottom floor. Personnel were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast was sub-par. Waffles but no syrup. No fruit available, no yogurt. No bottled water in the vending machine.
