This stay surprised us. It didn’t look much from the outside but it was really comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

Need a fridge that works better, it was frozen over.

Pros:

I appreciated the location on the West Side. Very convenient and close to the highway.

Cons:

I called ahead to confirm that I would be in a room in the back facing the bay. I was assured that all rooms overlook the nay. On arrival I was given room 101. The rooms in the back start with 102. I actually had to circle the building twice looking for it . . . which was somewhat hidden on the side of the building with no view of the bay.
The room itself was alright, but the lighting was very poor, especially above the sink, and there was no shampoo or conditioner on offer.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I arrived in the windowless room in the basement with at least 40 mins before the end of breakfast. No staff during my 30-min stay there. The mess from the previous guests was not tidied; there were no tongs to be able to take the hot waffle off the waffle maker or handle bread (if I'd wanted bread/bagels); and I could only assume that the single paper plate on the counter was clean. I called out several times for any staff, with no response. There was also no staff at the lobby.
I completely skipped the breakfast the next day.
Not that it made much difference to my short weekend stay, but the grounds, especially the vegetation looks quite unkempt.

Cons:

I canceled because they would not except a visa debut card I used all over states and Canada. Then wanted $150 cash deposit

Pros:

The hotel was okay overall. The room and bedding looked quite old and could definitely use an update, but everything was clean, so I didn’t have any concerns about hygiene.

Motel comme tant d'autres au Canada.
Pros:

Le motel est situé en hauteur à l'extérieur de Saint John dans un quartier calme. La chambre est dotée d'un frigo, d'un micro -onde et d'une TV. la literie est de bonne qualité. La vue donne sur un bras d'océan mais loin. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuné est sous forme de mini buffet avec une machine pour faire des gaufres très bien, céréales, jus de fruits, pains...

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre est vieillote, elle mériterait un rafraichissement.

Pros:

Le complexe est vieillot d'apparence, mais l'intérieur est bien tenu. Chambre propre, lit et oreillers confortables. Le petit-déjeuner très modeste était apprécié compte tenu qu'il n'y a pas de restos dans les alentours.

Cons:

Emplacement retiré, en dehors de la ville. Offrir fruits ( au moins un jus) et protéines (oeufs cuits durs ou fromage à la crème) au petit-déj

Goid to fair quality. Great bed, otherwise it’s kind of old with okay furniture and a nice fresh coat of paint.
