When I check in the guy at the office took 30 minutes just to check me in it look like he didn’t know what he was doing. We go into the room with husband the AC was off so we turn AC but it didn’t work. We get into the bed there was BUGS 😣 so I went and told the guys at the desk but it seems like he didn’t care I reserved the room for 2 nights but I told him I was needing a refund for one night because I didn’t want to stay the next day I was paying one night because we took a shower. I receptionist told me he was going to refund me 68 it has been 1 week I haven’t seen any refund yet if I don’t see it in the next 2 days I will be dispute the transaction.

The industrial area it is located by which resulted in polluted air. Also the refrigerator in the room was very loud.

Cons:

The hotel room was disgusting. The bed spread had holes in it there were roaches crawling everywhere and the shower was very dirty.
