Pros:

El personal y la limpieza son muy buenas.

Cons:

Good if you get something on 2nd floor, not good if your room is in the Cellar/Basement.
Pros:

Comfortable. Good Staff.

Cons:

I got 2 King Suites with Spa Bath; one of them was good, but the other one where I stayed wasn't quite satisfying. The Spa bath had residue and dirt marks.

The towels had hair in them.

I got my room beside a service room, I assume; I was woken up thrice during the night hearing loud thud noises.

Pros:

Parking & Breakfast: A Few Positives!

Thank you so much for providing a parking space. I truly appreciate it, and honestly, that was priceless to me! The breakfast wasn’t too bad either, it was manageable. These were definitely a couple of positives during my stay. Thank you!

Cons:

Rate from 1 (Bad) to 10 (Exceptional)
Room: 0/10. They put me in a cellar room below ground level. Hmmm… definitely a NO for me! Cramped, and far from what I expected. I wouldn’t want to stay in a room like this again.
Bed: 0/10. I honestly felt like they had dropped me into a water tank or some kind of confined space rather than providing a proper bed. Extremely cramped, uncomfortable, and disappointing!
Clean 5/10 (Kind of clean, honestly)
Imagine, instead of providing fresh tissue paper in your room, they give you a used one. Absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic!

After agreeing to charge me extra for 4 more hours, the new receptionist canceled that and took out my things out of the room when I was not around.

Pros:

The room was very clean. The sheet on the bed were very clean and the bathroom was very clean and the room was very organized.

Cons:

The bed sunk in the middle like it had a hole in it and we could not get the channel on the TV to work, and there was no complementary bottles of water.
