Very nice staff. Very helpful.
Very clean
I booked the hotel when there was a soccer tournament and all these young boys were running around wild.
Our room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is very nice, and the location was great for our weekend at the Columbus Zoo. With the included breakfast and evening reception, the price was very reasonable. Overall, we really liked the facility and would book there again if we travel to Columbus.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable! So much so that I closed it back up and just slept on it as a sofa. We also didn't have enough blankets and pillows, but they brought them up pretty quickly.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel had a high booking of travel lacrosse teams, and the teenage boys ran, for hours, screaming up and down the hallways, knocking on windows and doors and the staff did nothing.
Always the breakfast and friendliness
The hours changed on the pool I thought they were 6a-11p I also had to use the washer and dryer and last time I was there it was free this time I had to download an app and pay.
It was beautiful
The staff was rude , beside the manager he was kind. Still waiting to hear back from him though. The pool got all of my kids sick due too poor ventilation the pool area was very hot which was nice at first but then it just got uncomfortable and thats when the kids started coughing uncontrollably. The whole hotel was just very warm, I couldn’t sleep I was so hot and I had the ac set to 65 Fahrenheit. I really wanted to love it.
We stayed here previously, but everything was as expected. The breakfast offering is more than enough for any person to choose. It was always clean, and room service cleaned our room twice while we were there. I love staying here.
NA
We stayed here one night while traveling back from vacation. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and if you're a backwoods hick like us, the overall vibe is upscale and cosmopolitan. Entire hotel seemed clean, other than a dirty garbage basket when we took out the bag to consolidate and leave garbage by the door (we like to leave it like we found it). The room we stayed in was a little frayed around the edges; patched and worn carpet, some small nicks and nail holes in the walls, etc. But it was neat and clean and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Very nice rooms, lots of space. Nice staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area to housekeeping. We only needed more towels and toilet paper, very nice interaction.
Unfortunately the room wouldn’t stay cool, was hot, temperature was high 70’s at times. The pool was nice but no towels, do to, too many people. Probably hard to keep up, it was definitely a busy few days.
Great location!
I wish there would have been written information in the hotel room.
Great place great breakfast nice bar

I am writing this review to warn other travelers—particularly families—about the severe safety hazards and unacceptable management response we experienced at this Hilton property. Our stay was defined by multiple dangerous incidents and a total lack of accountability from Guest Assistance.
The Incidents:
Delayed Check-in: Upon arrival, we were forced to wait in the lobby for two hours because the previous guest had damaged furniture in our assigned room.
Structural Safety Failure: During our stay, the heavy glass shower door completely fell off its track while my toddler was in the room. This could have easily resulted in a catastrophic injury. In addition, the floor of the shower was very dirty, and the grate was never put back over the drain.
Exposed Hazards: The carpet had been pulled away from the wall by the window, leaving sharp metal carpet tacks exposed and accessible to a small child.
Discovery of Dr*g Paraph*rnalia: Most disturbingly, an hour before checkout, my toddler found a f*ntanyl test kit left behind in the room. This indicates a severe failure in housekeeping and room-clearing protocols.
The Management Response:
When we contacted Guest Assistance to seek a refund and report these safety violations, we were met with a dismissive response. We were told that because we booked an "Advance Purchase" rate, no refund would be issued, and that the corporate office "unable to intervene further" because the matter falls under "safety and security."
Essentially, the hotel acknowledged that these were safety and security issues but used their "non-refundable" fine print as a shield to avoid taking responsibility for a dangerous environment.
Summary: This hotel is not maintained to a safe standard, and their customer service priorities lie in protecting their bottom line rather than guest safety. If you are traveling with children, please be aware that "safety and security" issues are apparently not a valid reason for a refund at this location. The location seemed great and the lobby was nice, which is a shame. But these are not nearly enough to compensate for the events during our stay. It did not feel safe, and I don't think we will be able to stay with an Embassy Suite location ever again, no matter the location.

Beautiful hotel, loved lay out of room, comfortable
Very very crowded. Pool was dirty and lots of kids running around unsupervised. We had people knocking on our door during the night. Front desk worker was very rude and overwhelmed
Love the complimentary drinks and breakfast
