I did not like cheese in the eggs since I am lactose intolerant, and I had to stand in a different line to just get normal eggs and we need more snacks at the reception

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally accommodating with our schedule having to add a night to our stay. When we had a slight maintenance issue with our room they very quickly changed us to another at our request. Very pleasant to deal with and also with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the staff.

Pros:

Omelet option for breakfast was very good. Hotel & room were clean. Staff were all very friendly & helpful

Cons:

Hot food items didn't taste good (very cheesey eggs, bland potatoes). The couch in the room was low, hard to get up from.
Worse, despite having a walk in shower the john was very low. And the lid was a cheap thin plastic that slid & offered minimal support.

Clean. Rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed there.

Cons:

Pool on site not available (had kids with us). 20 minute wait for hot breakfast (only one person doing the omelet's, bacon, waffles, pancakes and eggs).
