Pros:

The stay was very nice for our family.
Pros:

I prefer Embassy Suites because of the spacious rooms with a door that closes between the living and sleeping areas as well as the full made-to-order breakfast. I also appreciate the beauty of the hotel with the atrium.

Cons:

There were a couple of cleanliness issues in the room. Nothing major except that housekeeping needs to be exceptionally thorough. We found a bottle cap near the foot of the bed. Also, while the bathroom was clean. There were quite a few hairs on the ceiling. And some mold growth behind the cleaning bottles in the shower.
Finally my son was offended by one of the buffet workers. He was having trouble working the waffle maker and the attendant asked him “if he was a baby”. My son didn’t care for that.

Best Service received in a long time!
Pros:

Tyesha was AMAZING! 🤩 She was very accommodating from helping us check-in early after arriving from a cruise and also approving a late check out while we waited for our flight. She went above and beyond printing out “Fragile” signs for our luggage after my son bought some local art to making recommendations on where to eat in the city. She did all this with an infectious smile and radiant positive energy. I hope she is recognized as an exemplary employee because she was an exemplary person for us. Thank you!

Great rooms, but poor location.
Pros:

The room was amazing.

Cons:

The location made it very loud late at night. We were given one wash cloth for our two night stay. When I asked for more than one they said they would have them right up and they never came.

Pros:

Staff was lovely. Super friendly at check-in.

Cons:

Cleanliness- no attention to detail: Room was not super clean - crumbs/dirty in corners, subtle smell of urine or something funky by bathroom/kitchenette. Had to call for toilet paper. 2 towels. Main phone in the room was dead/not working.
