Welcoming Environment!
Pros:

The front desk was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs from luggage, checking in and out,--thank you, Ms. Nairobi Waru! We were greeted at every turn and floor throughout our experience. Really made it feel that we were welcomed.

Such an accessible and walkable location. Close to everything downtown, including the Church Street Sunrail. Inside the hotel was very clean and neat. Breakfast was very filling, with the breakfast bar being open for a few hours. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows are really squishy, however. Worth the price, especially if visiting Downtown Orlando for the nightlife, business conferences, or leisure.

Pros:

Balcony, nice room, romantic area by the bar, incredible breakfast, cafe, room service, glass elevator, great location downtown, multi-level garage parking accross the street. ADA compliant. Good value.

Cons:

One small miss by housekeeping. Nothing major.

My overall stay was amazing. As someone who travels frequently, this has to be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Does the Trick!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and classy. Good location for downtown . Next to coffee shops and brunch spots galore. Lake Eola makes for a nice view. Also great for running for walking. My room was clean and spacious. Basic really but spacious. I do love the bar space. The reason I did a 4 star: their little store was closed most of the time so basics like a soda you had to get from the vending machines. Not even option to get coffee conveniently downstairs. Parking is easy but across street as valet was not operating. Pool was okay. Nothing special ..so basically an easy spot to just sleep and shower. Would go back regardless.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And the breakfast was delicious. We have already decided that we will be staying here again on our next adventure.

Bel hôtel confortable et spacieux
Pros:

Emplacement idéal. Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Hall principal animé et bien décoré. Parking très proche.

Cons:

L’accueil était décevant. Il a fallu poser beaucoup de questions pour des informations qu’un réceptionniste doit donner en principe par lui-même, comme les heures du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement du parking, les heures de check out, le mot de passe du WiFi… dommage.
