Pros:

Frühstück ist in Ordnung! Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, aber die Innenstadt ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, auf dem Weg dort hin kommt man bereits nach den ersten 5 Minuten an den einigen Restaurants und Bars vorbei.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, mit einem kleinen Fenster auch nicht besonders hell.

We have lovely stay , there were riots in Belfast and Hotel literally had security to keep guests safe. Bar stuff was also very lovely.

Convenient location
Pros:

Great location, close to university and botanical garden.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here before and, thanks to my IHG status, received an upgrade and had a very enjoyable experience. On this visit, I wasn’t upgraded, which is completely understandable, but I found the standard room to be quite small, dark, and not as clean as I would have expected.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The selection felt limited in terms of healthier options. Overall, this stay did not match the positive experience I had during my previous visit.

Usual standard of Holiday Inn Express. Free off-street parking around the big bonus.
Pros:

Great off street parking - gated for security.
30 minutes walk to centre.
Great price for Belfast.

Cons:

The free off road parking is not pre-bookable but the car park is big and there is also free parking around the hotel if you can’t get in. Would be good to know in advance that you definitely have a space though. I think clients would happily pay for that facility.

Pros:

Lovely, clean hotel with pleasant staff. Room was airy with very comfortable double bed. Good parking facility. 5 minute drive from city centre. Would definitely stay here again.
