The location was good and the carpark is good. The staff are all lovely.

Cons:

The radiator was on in our room and maintenance couldn’t get it off. It was like a sauna in the middle of the night very uncomfortable.

Lovely time in the hotel with great access to all amenities.
Pros:

Loved the location for access to Ormeau Park and Belsonic!
Lovely staff, everyone was welcoming and very pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were some stains on the bed sheets and the shower head was broken when we went to use it in the morning!

Pros:

It was clean and a fan was in the room as it was a hot sunny day.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. There was only one staff member around to jiggle coffee machines that did not have the correct setting for an Americano or was empty of beans. The buffet breakfast did not taste good. Otherwise there was a good choice of cereal and,Danish pastry etc.

picked the hotel because it has an EV charger, but because we are from Southern Ireland - we couldn't use it!!!!
we reported it to reception and they said yes - we have had this problem before, so if they have had this problem before, why hasn't it been sorted!! We were so lucky that we had enough charge to drive to another EV charger, but what would have happened if we were totally relying on this hotel charger - not good enough.

Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express Belfast City by IHG. The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The secure car parking was a big plus and gave real peace of mind while staying in the city. I also really enjoyed the food; it was fresh, tasty, and better than expected for a hotel breakfast/dining option.

Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a great location. I would happily stay again.

Cons:

The price of drinks in the bar are significantly more expensive and feel overpriced for what is essentially a budget-style hotel. Because of this, it didn’t feel like a place you’d want to relax in for a drink in the evening,
