La propreté des draps et le confort de la literie
Les sols et les portes sont collants,
des gens se baignent habillés dans la piscine intérieure,
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas réassorti, si vous arrivez à 8h il n’y a plus rien, bien que vous ayez payé pour cela.
L’environnement dans la banlieue au milieu des parkings concentre des véhicules cassés et des gens un peu paumés.

Older building needing some repairs
The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Everyone of the staff was friendly and accommodating. This is our second time staying here when we are visiting family. Both times our stays were excellent. The owner is super friendly. And you can tell he cares about his property and employees. If we are ever coming back to Colorado we will definitely stay here again.
The only thing I would suggest is to add better lighting ( brighter bulbs) in the bathroom. It was hard to apply makeup with the light so dim.

I was charged $50 of my $100 deposit. No warning of why it was taken at first. I called customer service after 3 weeks and they said that a towel was missing. I spoke with a supervisor and explained my case that I never stole a towel. But I did remember something peculiar that there may have be only one towel in the first place. He asked why did not not report this and I responded that I was coming from a 8hr drive, checked in late and was going to leave the next morning. I did not find this much of an issue and did not realize that it would be that much of an issue. I asked why did the hotel not notify me after that it was missing but he did not respond to that. He did not also follow up with his GM or security footage to verify if it was stolen or misplaced. All in all, I never had an experience like this from a hotel and would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to be accused of being a thief and your security deposit taken away.
The bed was comfy
Location was a little sketchy. Construction going on into the night. Workers smoking outside. I did not feel completely comfortable especially being just my daughter and I. Also when I tried to get a refund through booking and the hotel, they kept blowing me off and sending me back and forth. Very frustrating.
Don't stay here unless you are looking to score drugs. I expect there to be a coin operated vibrating bed when advised during check in that there was a $100 security deposit. Property engages in a deceitful practice by not disclosing this at reservation. This would be an indicator that reputable people do not stay here.
Only half a bagel and weird syrup with breakfast, bed was comfortable other then the sheets and pillow not in good shape.
From moment we checked in we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. People loitering outside hotel day and night my daughter was scared and wanted to leave but we had a late check in so we just locked all the locks on the doors and turned on the tv loud.. Walls had gross stuff on them pretty sure mold on ceiling shower curtain had what looked like blood on it pillows smelled bad and on had weird stains on pillow case. Sheets had holes them.very run down, had to stop looking. Checked out early and did not stay the second night we had booked. Tried to get a hold of someone to get out f second night and no one was helpful.
Over booked had to go next door for a room. Not happy

The place Stank of weed which was unpleasant to say the least and for the price it really wasn't worth it.
Its obviously being refurbished and shouldn't be worked on while people are trying to sleep
El dueño o Gerente del hotel se portó muy amable con nosotros. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Las instalaciones estaban super limpias. El personal de limpieza muy amable.
The service and hospitality
The owner was nice to my nephew at breakfast.
The light in our room would not turn off all the way. I had to tape the cover of my son's pack and play over the light. I tried to call the front desk about the light and the phone line was busy. Went down to the lobby and the girl working had no idea. No other room to put us in and still going to charge us if we left. Ridiculous.
The smell in the elevator and room were enough to make me want to throw up. There were stains on the pillow cases, burn marks on the sink and when the light wouldn't work they said if we leave we would still be charged for the room. Worst hotel I have stayed at ever.
The owner had just taken over so maybe in a few months it will be better, but we will NOT be back.
