Great value for the service that you get.
Pros:

An above-average experience for the price and location. The rooms were better than expected, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The standout was the staff. Every single team member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. That kind of service is rare at this price point.
One thing to know: there's a railroad track running parallel to the hotel. When trains pass, you can hear them. Not loud enough to disrupt the stay, but worth mentioning for light sleepers.
Overall, great value. Clean rooms, fair pricing, excellent service. I'd stay here again.

Parfait !
Pros:

Bon accueil, chambre confortable et spacieuse, emplacement correct pour se rendre dans le Downtown et sur le Strip. Je recommande.

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte au mois d'avril.

Surprised amazing stay!
Pros:

We travel all over the world. Staying in many different hotels. Best high pressure shower and A/C unit, best sleep with full blackout curtains. The hotel appears to be in a crappy location, but is the best hotel for rest and recover.

Also we felt very safe with all belongings in our car and traveling with our puppy, miniature poodle.

Comfortable but for the price wouldn’t book again

Cons:

Staff was dry and hotel was overpriced and didn’t like how I was asked for a deposit even though I paid with my credit card

Overall no major complaints. I would stay here again if needed
Pros:

The beds were decent shower was amazing. The water pressure was strong and the water stayed hot. That was the best part.

Cons:

The location was a little scary at first. Made me think of an episode of 48hrs. Very secluded and in an industrial area.

Really needs renovation and refurbishment
Pros:

Best Western should come take a good look at this property. If they did, I think they'd rebrand it a SureStay Hotel. The common area carpets are so dirty that I did not want my dog walking in them. Torn areas with raided edges waiting for someone to trip, patched together pieces/mismatched colors, and more stains than I think I have ever seen. Rooms are spacious. The bed felt it had a 30 year old mattress. They put me in a double queen room so I tried the other bed - same thing. Beyond uncomfortable. In room carpet was not too stained, but very clearly dirty and in need of steam cleaning at the minimum. Their outdoor pool had all sorts of things floating in it and the spa is out of order. I stayed at this property a number of years ago, and the spa was out of order at that time as well. This property is an industrial area adjacent to the I-15 freeway, with train tracks literally just on the other side of the hotel. And yes, the trains run at night. Exterior grounds are sparse and littered with a lot of cigarette butts and some general garbage. The last comment is regarding the rate. The best available midweek rate was $152.15 + tax for a single occupant, and that was using the email promo code that BW sends out to rewards members. To say I feel ripped off is putting it mildly.

Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing

From the warm welcome to there nice sized and clean jacuzzi tub room. Breakfast in the morning and away from everything yet close to everything.
