Habitación muy grande y limpia, está a las afueras de Las Vegas (20 min en coche del Strip), pero es perfecto si buscas tranquilidad después de visitar la ciudad. Personal muy amable, tienen preparadas bolsas de desayuno para llevar por si te vas antes. WiFi funcionaba bien.

In un Best Western Plus trovare la moquette macchiata in più punti, due piccoli barattolini di shampoo doccia per 3 persone non è all'altezza. Al mattino a colazione mancava una cosa basilare come le fette di pane da tostare e alla nostra richiesta la risposta è stata "mangiate i waffle". Per non parlare del treno merci che passa al di la della strada con il rumore che inevitabilmente entra in camera

Not up to standards & poorly maintained
Pros:

Just trying to get beyond LV on our way home and booked this place. Supposed to be a BW Plus, but wow, very poorly maintained. Some newer upgrades and additions, but terrible installs in the bathroom. Broken toilet seat, broken sink stopper, creaking sinking mattress. Elevator smells horrible and neighborhood is sketchy.
But, attendant was great and very friendly, video surveillance in the parking lot. Much to improve but charging about double what they should right now.

Great value for the service that you get.
Pros:

An above-average experience for the price and location. The rooms were better than expected, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The standout was the staff. Every single team member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. That kind of service is rare at this price point.
One thing to know: there's a railroad track running parallel to the hotel. When trains pass, you can hear them. Not loud enough to disrupt the stay, but worth mentioning for light sleepers.
Overall, great value. Clean rooms, fair pricing, excellent service. I'd stay here again.
