Breakfast was included in our stay, and we quite enjoyed it. The selection wasn't huge, but there was everything you might need for a good breakfast. The hot options included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes and hash browns. There were also croissants, muffins, yogurts and berry compote to add to the yogurt. Coffee and tea were available as well. Overall, it wasn't the biggest breakfast spread, but everything we had was tasty and there was plenty to choose from.
There were a few disappointing details. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been, as we noticed some hairs on the floor, which was a little unpleasant.
Great choice for breakfast, eat all you can over three hour or so period. Location good near city and on multiple bus routes. Very clean modern hotel.
No drawer space or lavatory brush.
We stay here quite often, with our most recent stay being only 4 weeks ago, before we were back again this time! Always clean, staff are so lovely and welcoming as soon as the doors open. I’ve never been woken in the night by any noise and always comfortable.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Super friendly staff. Descent breakfast. Reasonable prices. Good Wifi. Easy check-in and check-out. Good place to stay in Leeds for 1-2 days.
The hotel is located a bit far from the downtown and train station (25 min walking). There are no restaurants and bars nearby. The whole place is a bit isolated from the main attractions (and everything) - however, this is not critical if you don't mind to walk.
