Really disappointed with this hotel.
Breakfast is free but this shouldn’t mean that the food standard should be poor.
Tge apple juice was weak , the marmalade dispenser gave out watery and what proved to be vey bitter marmalade . The drinks dispensed from the machine was not up to the standard expected from IHG. One of our party chided the cooked breakfast and sadly this was found to be of a poor standard.subsequently we chose not up rather breakfast on the second day .
I stress again, the staff were wonderful . Sadly we are unlikely to return to this hotel,

Very hot but we visited in the heatwave! Fans provided and was air con downstairs.
Car parking and ease of access also EV charge next door , very close to city
Small rooms , English breakfast with limited options. My opinion food quality was just average or below.
When I booked I spoke to the Reception to check that the rooms were fully air conditioned. I was tole they were. After a 4 hour drive to get Manchester I discovered that there was no aircon in the bedrooms. I couldn't stay there as I am on cancer drugs which increase my body temperature. It was evening by now and I couldn't find another place to stay. Hugely disappointing.
