At First, I was a bit nervous. The Lost and I stayed in hotel Homeless people wondering about and I had my money stolen from my wallet which was hidden in the middle of my clothes in a close suitcase underneath the bed out of anyway my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectations. The important thing to me was my dog. I contacted a few places but as soon as they found out the breed made over wanted another price or wouldn’t entertainers and yet this hotel neither staff or the guest had an issue with her. personally, the first thing I noticed how clean it was was absolutely spotless. You see these programs where people go to places like this and end up with a list of complaints. The only problem I had which was no fault of the hotel. I was too hot during the night to the point where I would have to get up and get dry and put towels on the bed so the offer of a summer quilt would’ve been nice parking was available. And was in with the price of the hotel in the morning. I went down for my breakfast and was pleasantly surprised because it was Self service so you have as much or as little as you wanted it was a full English breakfast. The continental breakfast was available. If you wanted it, I was fresh cold orange juice. And cold water and obviously a variation of drinks, tea coffee et cetera the staff were really helpful polite and courteous checkout time was 11 o’clock when I went back and had a shower I fell asleep. I didn’t wake up till about 1130 but there was no hustle in terms of asking me to leave. so all in all it has given me faith back that if you’ve had a bad experience in the past does not necessarily mean that’s your next one well let you down I gave top marks if it had a (10+) at the end I would gladly given it and so all in all I really believe that you would be happy with your stay whether it be long or short ***** five stars well deserved

The reception staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also cleaning and breakfast staff all polite and friendly. The hotel had a lovely vibe because of the great customer service given. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet in the night. Good room facilities. We had everything we needed.
