Breakfast available.
The property appeared not well maintained/painted. The room had a musty or smoky smell to the room. Not sire if owners are trying to cut corners and causing more problems.

Excellent hotel, large room, clean , free parking and breakfast ( those add up elsewhere ) friendly staff, it’s in Summer bay resort which gives you access to 7 pools, I wasn’t flying till late and they gave me 1pm check out. Will definitely stay again when visiting Orlando

there was a very strong bad oder in the hallway leading to the room
The hotel was quiet, no door slamming and no traffic noise. Staff helpful.
No concerns
Our room was only cleaned/ bed made one day out of 4. Housekeeping left all dirty towels and trash in our room and did not make the bed except for the first day. I had to call the front desk on day 3 to request new linens.
