It was disgustingly dirty
Horrible experience! This hotel was filthy and nasty! The elevators didn’t work, the rooms were outdated and full of severely worn furniture. Not our caliber of hotel clearly so we won’t be back.
The carpet throughout was filthy we could not believe a Choice brand hotel could even look like that .
Quietness, peaceful, & hospitality
All was well.

It was nice good hotel good prices but I felt unsafe after a situation happened

The woman at the front desk by the name of Anna was very helpful when we first got there and she also was the one who checked us out. She was very pleasant to deal with and very personable. Also there was a maintenance man named Sam who came and fixed and replaced the bathroom fan that was not working. He was professional and kind and courteous and worked quickly and did a very nice job and left a clean workspace.
The main elevator was not operating the entire time we were there and from what we overheard from some of the staff, it hasn't been for some time. So we had to use the service elevator all the time which meant walking past the laundry rooms which always smelled horrible as well as the hallways. On the day that we checked out, even the service elevator was not working. And we still had to get back up into our room and bring all our belongings down in the elevator. We went to the front desk and Anna was able to come and reset it and help us in that regard. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel, mostly outside of our room. The room itself was okay. The hallways smelled awful and the closer we got to the elevators the worst it got. The different men who answered the phone at the front desk while we stayed there we're always very short and Kurt with us they were obviously extremely busy. We had to keep asking over and over again on the day we were trying to leave for fresh towels for the shower. Then we were told to leave all of our wet towels out in the hallway and our garbage that we asked them to come and take away from the very small waistbaskets in the room. So we had to stack our garbage in the hallway.. apparently that's how that works because that's what we saw all throughout the hallways as we left. I have never seen anything like that before and found it very unsanitary and unattractive and unappealing. Everyone seemed overextended and it seemed as if you were short staffed. When we came down for breakfast at 9:00, none of the hot food was left, the toaster wouldn't work. So we each took a bagel and spread some peanut butter and jelly on it and that was our breakfast along with a glass of juice. We also had food delivered while we were there, and we waited and waited for someone to call us and let us know it had been delivered from doordash.
Dirty wasn’t clean
Our room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the bed was very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The tub with jets in the bathroom was amazing and so relaxing!
The breakfast in the morning was good!
The lobby/hallways were dingy and smelled like cigarette smoke. There were always cleaning carts sitting in the hallway, no matter what time of day with no staff in sight. The carpet was dirty.
The breakfast in the morning was almost never filled. While the food itself was good, it was barely stocked.
Anything. Maybe the location is the only thing to like
Dont go there, Its the worst hotel I ever booked. Nothing is clean. Just going to the bathromms at the first floor are a really bad experience. It has a funky smell because the carpets are super dirty. Old elevators which doesnt work. The guy that check in us was super rude. the rest of the satff was kind. It has a big pool but it needs some maintenance. I only stayed out of pure necessity
Good location and large size room with mini fridge and microwave.
Well, the gentleman who was working the front desk wasn’t the most pleasant and was dismissive towards other patrons questioning how to get to the elevator. The main elevator did not work and his response was “well it’s a $20,000 repair.” The next elevator was located towards the back of the hotel, but we were unaware it was turned off after a certain hour. We can back from our concert (around 12:30a) to find the elevator was off and had to take the stairs. The dining area had an unpleasant smell with food all over the floor and flies everywhere. Additionally, the pool area looked disgusting, there were ladders and extension cords lying around everywhere. Maybe the hotel is just short staffed with an unexpected amount of reservations that night…. At least the room was clean.
Elevator wasn't working, Hotel was extremely hot. AC in room was only lowest setting and still barely kept the room cool.
