Breakfast tasted good. The staff was friendly. The price was good. There was adequate parking.

Cons:

It is an older hotel that definitely should be updated. The floors and bathroom had old stains. The laundry facility smelled moldy as we walked past it to get to our room.

I didn't like how Booking.com and the property address our concern

The breakfast is good and we always like Best western for it

Cons:

I don't usually bitch about things, but I was very upset and disappointed with the service that we got from the receptionist, and Booking rep, we booked a queen suite with 2 queen with a sofa bed from booking.com but we got to the room it's just regular room with 2 queen size bed, (we are a family of 6). When we asked the reception she said that ,it's what they received from Booking, and unable to help us out, wanted for us to pay for another room instead, Booking reps called the property several times but she didn't stop to answer the call, we wasted 2hrs of our time with no resolution both from Booking and the property. I just gave up and my son had to sleep in a sleeping bag that we bought. It ruined our plans, very frustrated!

Great location and superior service
Pros:

I stayed there last September and had such a great experience that I booked them again in May. The lady at the front desk service was impressive. She is super friendly and quick.

Cons:

No hot tub but everything else was great
