Todo hotel tinha muito cheiro de cigarro. O chao de carpete perecia estar com muita terra ou poeira que sentia no pé. O ar condicionado do quarto 219 nao estava funcionando. Tentei trocar de quarto porque tenho uma filha pequena e nao consegui.

Breakfast not very good

Room reeked of cigarettes. The sheets felt like they hadn’t been washed in several weeks. The sheets smelled of cigarettes and sweat. I asked the front desk for a new room and he refused. Instead, he sprayed the room with chemicals and said the room would be ok in 5 minutes. I told him that I would like to cancel my reservation and a refund. He replied that the refund can’t be performed without the approval of the manager. I called every day for 5 days but the same person kept saying that the manager isn’t there today and to try tomorrow. I never received the refund

During breakfast they were out of juice that's the only issue other than that I would say there anytime.

Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable — DO NOT STAY HERE

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because we arrived late at night and it was too late to find another hotel. Had we arrived earlier, we would have left immediately.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were covered in brown and yellow stains, the bedding was grey and appeared unwashed, and the pillows were yellow, dirty, and smelled awful. We were so uncomfortable that we used our own bags as pillows.

We checked under the bedding because we were concerned about bed bugs, and the mattress protector and mattress topper were also covered in stains. We were too disgusted to investigate any further.

There was thick dust all over the air conditioning unit, a huge dusty vent directly above the shower, grime all over the shower head, and the hairdryer was covered in thick dust and felt oily. The shower made a loud whistling noise when running, suggesting very old plumbing. There was also visible mould on the ceiling.

One of the light fittings appeared extremely unsafe, with a bulb hanging by electrical tape, with no warning to indicate that it should not be used. The smell in the hotel reception was also absolutely foul.

We genuinely do not understand how this hotel has received some of the good reviews we saw on Booking.com. During our road trip, we have stayed in many roadside hotels and motels, and this was by far the worst.

Our room smelled like mold. The shower had no hot water, but the sink did. We had a roach (alive) on our daughter’s bed. Drink machine didn’t work. The breakfast was off. I’ve never had scrambled eggs cut in cubes like a steak. I thought it was pineapple. Juice machine was broken.

Breakfast is horrible, only few items and take & go policy. No sitting breakfast.

Extremely bad customer service. Need retraining or new management.

The sheets and bedding were stained. The towels were old and thin. There was a clump of hair behind the bathroom door as well as a few dead bugs. ( glad they were dead) The smell of mildew hit you in the face like an angry mother as soon as you walked in. There were more dead bugs in the fridge.

The hotel was pretty gross. Furniture in room was filthy. Shower didn’t drain properly, so got to stand in water up to my ankles. Walked into a steaming hot room when it was already high 80’s outside. Breakfast was actually not edible. Definitely worth paying extra to stay somewhere else!!

The smell in the lobby, breakfast the keys not working and having to reload the key. Strange men sitting in the lobby.

I didn't like the fact that the water was flooded and that they had no other rooms I could not find another room because it was 12 at night or later they tried to give us blankets to put on the floor to get the water up while I was looking for a room somewhere else the staff return and said they spoke to the manager and said they found a room I was okay with that except the fact that they never told us that the other room only had one bed it was so late that my son had to sleep on the floor and my husband did not sleep at all he sat in a chair all night long so that me in the baby couldn't rest which messed up our whole vacation we travel during summer months to enjoy our grandchildren and this was definitely a trip we do not want to remember as far as clean it was clean and the staff was as as helpful as they could be but there was nothing they could do unless they bust the ceiling down I fixed it I do not hold the staff responsible but I hold the company responsible because on top of everything else the company is responsible for keeping their building safe and comfortable for guests.
