Gentleman on reception was really friendly and super helpful. Location is great for the freedom factory.
Manager incredibly rude. We had booked and paid through booking.com however something wasn’t working due to hotel swapping systems. Man on reception called the manager on speaker phone who advised “DO NOT LET THEM CHECK IN” wasn’t even going to look into the issue despite it being his problem. When we finally allowed to check in, were told if the room wasn’t clean then to come back and they would give us another one. Not what you want to hear when checking in. The room appeared clean and tidy however strong smell of damp due to the AC machine leaking and causing half the room to have a damp carpet.

The elevator was very, very slow and rickety. The room, cleaning and towel service was inconsistent. Sometimes the towels were left and folded. Sometimes we were missing towels. Sometimes they gave us fresh soap. Sometimes they did not. It was very uneven.
Staff and property were great! Breakfast is full breakfast, clean rooms, quiet. Staff is super helpful.
Our King bed in Room 120 was awful. Needs replacing, you can feel the springs/ coils .
