No EV charging. The one at the adjacent Harivster wasn't working.
Very comfortable and easy check in. Check out was at a reasonable time of day too. Breakfast facilities nice which included vegetarian options eg veg sausages which was very helpful for us.
False fire Alarm went off in the middle of the night one night, not anyone’s fault, better to be safe than sorry but messed up children’s and my night sleep and plans.. however, hotel were very apologetic and professional about it. I would still return for another stay when and if needed. Highly recommended.
Probably just the location
At midnight there was a fire alarm as we tried to leave the room as fast as possible my son trapped his finger on the door and he was crying when everything was calm I went to the receptionist asked for some help she called the manager on duty when he came he was very rude and didn't bother to see his finger and he said he can not because it is not an emergency and I was very disappointed and shocked what he said I happy to send you some photos.

Family room was absolutley tiny! Did not fit the four of us. I had to go and buy an extra room at 1:30am just to get some sleep. Air con did not work room was a sauna
Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Te air con was incredibly noisy, tried to quieten it but couldn't. In a twin room it is directly above one of the beds. It was too warm to not have it on, so was a disrupted nights sleep.
We only stayed 1 night but it was all as expected
