Great location, aging building
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, location was ideal

Cons:

The breakfast wasnt fresh but was editable. The most important thing was that the air conditioning unit was very old and kept us up all night until finally we turned it off because the noise was so bad we couldnt sleep. And when mentioned they didnt seem to care.
