Ĺovely staff, breakfast too basic, beds too small
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff.
Lots of free parking spaces.
Well equiped, clean rooms.

Cons:

Post code delivers you half a mile away on your sat nav.

Double beds are too small, other chains are much larger.

Full English breakfast is basic at best i.e. scrambled eggs only, no mushrooms, no black pudding and on a busy morning i.e. Saturday, the restraunt area is much too small so everyone is getting in eachothers way at the buffet especially around the solitary coffee machine which was painfully slow.

Good breakfast

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy. The shower pressure was very low. Was promoted with air conditioning but it was only in the reception area. But there was a fan in the room. Very disappointed with appearance on arrival. Long grass and gardens neglected and rubbish just dropped and left. Doesn't reflect the promotional photos.
