Todo estuvo muy bien el personal amable y atento, las instalaciones limpias y bastante bien conservadas, el desayuno exquisito con bastantes opciones ya es difícil conseguir alojamiento con ese tipo de desayuno me encantó!!!!!

Pedí servicio de limpieza en mi habitación fui específica en una sola cosa y no se hizo bastante decepcionante eso xq en realidad solo era sacar basuras y cambiar toallas tal vez un poco de limpieza en el baño pero nada de lo que pedí se hizo 😔😔 muy mal ahí !!!! El señor del mostrador fue claro cuando dijo que estaban con poco personal y que tenía que avisar si necesitaba servicio y si avisé con tiempo o a pesar de que estuvimos casi todo el día fuera de la habitación aun así no se hizo a ninguna hora

Cons:

No room service, which was not spelled out when we were making reservations. When cleaning/maintenance staff leaves around 4 pm, there's no room service at all.
Breakfast was there every day, but very basic and it was the same for all 5 days we stayed at the hotel.

A COMPLETE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Comfy bed and quiet location.

The hotel was over-run with loud, disrespectful, and out-of-control soccer teams. They ran up and down the hallway at all hours and yelled at each other down the hallway. There was an indoor soccer game going on in the room above us that we spoke to the manager about but he said there was nothing he could do. One of them called our room at 11PM looking for a teammate. They completely and totally trashed the breakfast area. Food was not replenished. Tables were left a mess. Our entire weekend was a nightmare. I managed several travel soccer teams and none of my boys would have behaved like these young men did. I have been staying at this hotel alot during the past year and a half due to wedding prep in the area but will NEVER stay here again.

Terrible experience.
Cons:

Worst experience with lost and found service. I left my makeup bag in my room during checkout on June 2. Staff found it and I gave my mailing address to TWO different employees with clear instructions to ship it to me. It is now June 29th and I have received NOTHING. No phone call, no email, no tracking number, no apology. I have called multiple times and the manager never calls back. This is complete negligence. Do not trust them with your belongings. Unacceptable service
