A bit pricey for what it is
The hotel is a bit tired
Grande et belle chambre
Superbe salle de bains , baignoire à remous, et douche . WC séparés .
Collation fin AM très bien (mais chambre gold dernier étage donc un peu plus cher)
Bon petit déjeuner, mais pas de service à table ( en comparaison au Fairmont Lac Louise)
Belle vue sur les pistes
Dans l’aéroport donc pratique (insonorisation ++ , on voyait les avions décoller sans être gêné par le bruit)

Stayed on 14th floor with access to complimentary lounge, however staff unable to keep up with clearing tables and restocking food

Muy mala cara de la metredi del restaurante, Y para colmo, no pudimos cenar ahí x qué supuestamente estaba lleno a pesar de mesas vacías, dijo que había espera de 1 hora... Pésima experiencia

The guy playing music in the lounge was creepy. And I got food poisoning from the ahi poke bowl.
Very luxurious hotel - probably the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s in the Vancouver (Richmond) airport so no rush with taxi/ubers. We had dinner at the airport’s food court, which had a very good selection. Spent time in the bar where the bartender and waitress were excellent. After going through security the next day to catch our flight, again many restaurant options for breakfast.

Checkin was so easy, staff were friendly, room was so quiet with amazing views of the taxiway and runway! Very very comfortable bed- I wish we could have taken the pillows and the mattress with us! Facilities were super amazing!! 10/10!!
Did find it difficult to find the hotel- the sign posts within the airport terminal were not great but this was my ONLY criticism!
Great location. I transited via Vancouver, staying at Fairmont Vancouver Airport provided me the leisure which I can easily catch my early morning flight which check in required at 6am.
nothing. Overall, good service, I can still go to gym even I checked in at later time line after 9pm
