Accueil fabuleux, emplacement au TOP et piscine chaude
Pros:

L’accueil super chaleureux et très serviable à la réception, BRAVO ! Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant le soir et profité souvent de l’espace piscine très chaude à l’extérieur. L’emplacement est top et on espère déjà y revenir.

Top Lage, sehr guter Service
Pros:

Top Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal und top Restaurant. Zugang zum Dorf und der Gondel perfekt gelegen. Betten und Kissen super gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber zu teuer - Getränke kamen zu den 40$ pro Person noch on top, das war uns nicht bewusst und so haben wir über 200$ + Trinkgeld für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gezahlt. Der Service war aber wirklich toll und aufmerksam.
Das Dorf ist sehr touristisch, wir sind Europäer und haben uns etwas wie in einem bunten Freizeitpark gefühlt.

Pros:

The location is perfectly and conveniently in the center of the Mont Tremblant village. There is direct access to it.

We really loved the huge outdoor spa although it can be crowded at times. We appreciated the fact that this hotel is dog friendly with a bed and bowl that can be provided. The first request was missed but it was corrected after following up with them.

A bit costly but the valet parking, luggage department was equally good as well. They also made the experience seamless although waiting time to get to your car can be long due to high occupancy and traffic.

What really stood out was ALL the staff friendliness. They also took the time to chat with us and we're not invasive.

Staying at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant really made our stay fantastic and can only recommend it. We're coming back for sure.

Cons:

Maybe having more events or activities staff around to guide or make suggestions to clients.

Waiting time for the valet is very time consuming. But I guess it was a kind of high season period and the valet team was really busy.

Luxurious and enjoyable
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool (and heated section of the pool). The access to the village is also a bonus. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. We loved our stay and would come back!

Un service impeccable de vos employés et tout est à notre portée
Pros:

Le service reçu du valet , quand j’appelle à la réception , la réceptionniste m’appelle par mon nom et je me sens respecté. WoW merci hôtel Fairmount vous êtes professionnel. Je n’ai même pas eu à lever le p’tit doigt pour avoir un service. Tout le personnel est amical. Merciiii
