Massotherapeute avait des tremblements intense aux mains. 300$ le massage , très décevant.

La facturation aussi. 2 factures
La deuxième un 500 qui n’est pas justifiée et aucun retour quand on demande l’information.

Pros:

Service impeccable de toute l’équipe de notre arrivée à notre départ. Vue magnifique , chambre fraîchement rénovée, propre et confortable. Un séjour incroyable.

On m’a offert une suite à la place de ma chambre classique que j’ai réservée au départ sans frais supplémentaires. Un beau cadeau de la part de Stéphanie à l’accueil.

Les prix des restaurants dans l’hôtel sont assez dispendieux

Service extraordinaire du personnel de la réception (service de valet), le matin très tôt on leur a demandé plusieurs services dû au fait que nous étions en retard pour nous rendre sur les lieux du triathlon. Souriants et rapides pour traiter nos demandes. Merci !!

Relaxant, impeccable et sans tracas
Pros:

Le service de valet courtois, le bar à la piscine (ils viennent te voir souvent pour s’assurer que tout est beau)

Cons:

Pour être honnête tout était très bien. J’aurais par contre aimé essayer le petit café mais il fermait trop tôt.
