Cons:

Overpriced.
Got no sleep because dogs barking and kids screaming. They really need quiet floors.
Ani.al friendly needs to be on their own floor. Eed allergy pills too.

An exceptional experience. May favorite Fairmont Hotel.
Pros:

From the valet, reception, housekeeping including restaurant service were wonderful. The staff was above and beyond expectations, friendly, helpful and of assistance for any requests. The room was extra clean, very comfy and quiet. The spa was a superb experience as well as the Choux Gras main dinning room. We truly had a superb 2 night stay and will definitely return. The Fairmont Tremblant is by far my favorite Fairmont in comparison, the Santa Monica location was my worst experience in 2025.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all great.

Bad view, construction everywhere. I have pictures of it all if needed.

I liked the pools and staff.

Cons:

I paid extra for a room with a view. Unfortunately the view was not nice since there was lots of construction. All we saw was machinerie and wood pellets everywhere. One of the companies working there also had an inappropriate poster of women’s behinds in bikinis in their trailer. Very visible to all entering fairmonts main entrance. I’m honestly very disappointed. This was a very expensive stay and not worth the value.

Happy comfortable time and very good food!
Pros:

Very convenient, very comfortable. But the most important thing was seeing every staff member with a legitimate big smile on their face! It made us feel extremely welcome on this extremely busy weekend. I would definitely go back.
