Excellent value for money for Vancouver city centre. Upgraded and able to use the guest lounge. Perfect.
Noise of the doors to the stairs and staff areas during the night
Great staff, lovely room and excellent location
Good customer service.Convenient location, comfortable room and the restaurant has good options.
Not makeup wipe
Early check-in and late check-out provided which was good for us.
Paid $200 per night more than going rate at check-in. Felt a bit ripped off by that.
My bed was very comfortable
I did not stay for the breakfast as they had no regular coffee 😟
I am used to having a coffee machine in a room when I’m staying. I was unable to get just a regular coffee anywhere around the hotel. They had lots of coffees, but I like just ordinary black coffee.
Location was good
It’s tired, in need of some TLC. Air on was very noisy and a dripping toilet
Loves everything, the experience, the ambience. All
It's worth the price. The staff is friendly, from the doors to the rooms. Everything's good.
It wasn't just bad, but being in the middle of the hot town, the window room was a bit noisy. Sometimes when there is severe vehicle noise at night. It seems like there are racers.
Conveniently located, decent value pricing, great facilities and clean. Good amenities.
This isn’t the property’s fault but in the location there’s a city bell that rings very loudly. It was also harder to get back into the hotel late night.
