The view and other amenities were nice the water could be hotter though
Zimmer sind ok, aber die Einrichtung ist alt und abgegriffen. Viele Macken sind in den Möbeln. Das Hotel sieht von außen und in der Lobby sehr neu und modern aus. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.
Die Zimmereinrichtung ist alt. Wir wurden schräg angeschaut weil wir mit Rucksack unterwegs waren. Die Badeinrichtung ist auch in die Jahre gekommen.
I love the ambience of the property. We have been here before I love the location of the property. I love the staff not to mention they’re wonderful accommodation

$80 extra a night for a twin room (after paying $600 pn). Onsite restaurant over priced and “snooty” staff.
Easy to go anywhere from this prime location. The bell service are very friendly and very professional. They always quick.
The location is great, the entrance and lobby are upmarket. The breakfast is really good. The beds are comfortable (the extra bed not so much). Sitting on the window sill was may favorite spot with beautiful views.
Construction site in the vicinity created a lot of noise early in the morning.
The sofa had multiple stains, the carpet, the windows, and the curtains were not clean.

Location is great, close to transport links, and with parking directly under the hotel, getting there and back cannot be easier. The staff are SUPERB, very informative, friendly, yet professional with their approach. The bed was extremely firm - just as I like it, the room was spacious and airy, floor 5 is a little too close to the external building work, so there was a bit of noise, but not enough to complain about. The bathroom is large enough, and well appointed, and the water is good and hot.
The buffet breakfast is very generous, includes hot and cold options, and sets you up nicely.
Brooksy's bar has a great range of drinks, and the staff were very forgiving when we arrived just about closing time, making time for us without complaint.
There are limited free to air TV channels, no satellite, and you need to pay quite a hefty $35 per 24 hours to watch any films.
Is there really a need to hold $100 on the credit card when you are paying so much for the room - I mean, they know where you live, and they have your credit card details AND copies of your driving licence / Passport / Photo ID details.
Good overall stay but room was a little tired. Mattrass needs replacing. Food was good but Room service charge $9 not well received!
Another great stay in this great location. Having stayed at the Amora before we knew what to expect and it didn’t let us down.
I liked my massage at the spa
the furniture is really tired, with scrathes on the wood panels. and the spa overrated. the spa room is small, small swimming pool, small hot spa and the dry sauna kept switching itself off, without clear indication of how to make it work. the glass tables at the spa were dirty. clearly, it's not looked after. overpriced in these conditions
