Stay was very good and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was very nice. Everything is just 10min walk.

Cons:

Room had a mini bar facility. The charges were quite high. Even they charged AUD 7.50 for drinking water. Cookies and snacks on the counter table is not complimentary, just keep in mind before opening otherwise endup losing the safety deposit.

We loved it.
Pros:

Comfortable king size bed, adjustable air-conditioning and fully stocked mini bar. We didn't use the restaurant, but the bar staff were great and knew their cocktails. Parking was close by.

Cons:

I didn't like that the price changed on booking.com while I was choosing accommodation.

Our Family weekend
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Amora Jamison with our family and had a pleasant stay overall. We booked interconnecting rooms, which worked perfectly for us. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The pool and sauna area did feel a little neglected, though to be fair it was very busy during our visit, so that may have played a part.
A special mention has to go to the concierge, Vasanth, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He really made a difference and was a highlight of our time there.

Yes I would stay here again.
Pros:

Great place to stay at. Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney NSW. Location was just right for us. Our room was always clean & ready for us after walking to Paddy’s Market. The reception staff were so polite & never tried hurry you, yet it so smoothly we did finish quick. The doorman always had a smile and a good sense of humor. The food was exceptional so delicious. Try the beef or chicken skewers, mouthwatering. Room service was great, we had pasta WOW very nice. Yes I would stay again.

Arguably best value / quality pick in CBD
Pros:

A very good hotel. It may not hit the standards of Four Seasons and Intercontinental, but for its (usually) considerably lower price point is a good option for a value-based traveller who still wants a high standard of comfort. The rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is quite good but won't match some of the more upmarket hotel chains. The hotel has a central location with excellent proximity to the Rocks, Barangaroo, Botanical gardens, and - a slightly longer walk - Haymarket/China town. Service and staff were excellent. We probably won't make any booking in Sydney without at least checking the pricing on the Amora for comparison.
