Pros:

Room large and spacious. Large bath-tub was nice. The bar was good. Ideal location for walking in the CBD or for public transport.

Staff were amazing. Always friendly.
Facilities, pool was beautiful (needed to be a little warmer) spa was wonderful.
Room was just the right size, very clean

The hill from circular quay to come home. It is a steep one. But nothing to do with hotel.

Lovely cleaning staff always so helpful.

Cons:

All was well as indicated in the responses above however the noise generated by repair work on the level above was very intense. grinding from 8am. When we enquired the staff seem unaware and thought it was work from the next building. However, our friends on the floor below said there were tools outside the door of an adjacent room and the noise the noise emanating from there. As I was working from the room this was tedious to say the least.
