Great hotel, recommended.
Pros:

Everything was great. Bed comfy, clean rooms & bathroom, breakfast plentiful with great variety, loved the happy hour at the bar, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Prompt concierge service. Polite staff.

Cons:

Variety of meals available for room service. Did not accept cash for fixing bill at end of stay. Volume on tv didn’t work properly. Price was a little excessive for room. No coffee machine (pods) no free items in mini bar. No extra blankets to use.

We had a fabulous time.
Pros:

Location was amazing, so close to the train and light rail, and within walking distance to all of the icons. Very central. Nothing was too much trouble with the staff from the moment we arrived. The heated pool, spa and sauna were great.

We love the location of Amora Jameson, and the staff are always so wonderful. We also love that we seem to get upgraded here - it made our first night away from our baby extra special.

Cons:

I actually remember loving my bed in previous stays but found it quite hard on this occasion. To be fair, I'm a little older and have had a baby since our last stay.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir disposer de la chambre avant 11h après un voyage de 21h et que nous avions prévenu l'hôtel via Booking de notre arrivée à 7h du matin. Attendre 4 h dans le hall d'entrée....dur dur. !!! Pas très sympa de l'accueil.
