Depresyjny i brudny pokój
Pros:

Lokalizacja w cichej i spokojnej dzielnicy obok pięknej świątyni Toji

Cons:

Ciemny i brudny pokój. Rezerwowałam pokój 6 miesięcy wcześniej a dostałam chyba najgorszy pokój w całym hotelu z widokiem na ścianę budynku obok w odległości metra. W tym pokoju cały dzień trzeba było mieć zapalone światło nawet w słoneczny dzień. Mieliśmy 2 pokoje przez ścianę z naszymi dziećmi a personel nie zgodził się wydać nam klucza do drzwi dzielących nasze pokoje żeby było nam wygodniej. Było ogólnie brudno a wyposażenie pokoju jest stare. W pokoju była stara i zużyta gąbka do naczyń. Lokalizacja tego hotelu to przynajmniej 40 minut jazdy autobusem do atrakcji w Kioto.

Calidad precio lo mejor que encontré .
Pros:

Me gustó todo , está muy bien calidad precio, el personal muy amable , volvería a repetir si vuelvo a Japón .

Cons:

Está un poco lejos de la estación pero es acostumbrarse al transporte público .

On avait pris cet hotel grâce à des amis que j’ai passé trois jours merveilleux. Il y avait un accueil de receptionist très agréable et la propreté très agréable

Il y a des super hôtes de service, pas il y avait un monsieur avec qui la communication était très difficile

Pros:

Comfortable room, larger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan, with comfortable bed and felt very clean. It also included a washer/dryer with laundry pods included which was helpful, plus coffee machine in reception.

Cons:

The location is slightly further out of main Kyoto - however, it is easily accessible via bus and nearby train Toju is ~7-10 min walk away which is only one stop from the main station.

Pros:

Chambre confortable, bien équipée. Le personnel était charmant, nous ont aidé en tout. La machine à laver était très utile, pour un séjour d'une semaine.

Cons:

L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre, mais la proximité au temple To-ji nous a aidé à nous repérer.

Great stay!
Pros:

Wonderful stay! Spacious room for Japanese standards, very nice staff, clean, great wifi, close to many attractions and shopping areas and Kyoto train station, great value. The room has all amenities needed and a washer, which was a big plus. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Chambre spacieuse pour le Japon. Bien situé pour les arrêts de bus et les combinis.

Porte communiquante...voisins parle fort on entends tout, ce qui gâche sur tout le reste qui était bien, si vous avez le sommeil légeret ça va êtrecompliqué !!!

Pros:

Cleanliness, kitchenette and washer.

Cons:

Location a little away from everything but still walkable in a good weather.
Staff were nice especially the Phillipina lady that had shift morning time.
The gentilmen! who checked me in at night has to be reminded that he is in hospitality business. Seems like he was agitated and his attitude was odd.

Small, over expensive place. Expect extra payments
Pros:

While very, very small place had everything it needed, including a washing machine which was appreciated.
Was a bit like and Airbnb, had some plates and cutlery, and even able to cook( although the space was so small i cannot imagine actually managing that)
Very comfortable beds and immaculate linen.
They accepted our luggage transfer from Tokyo ( the next day delivery though).

Cons:

A bit far from the tourist places. Had to take taxi few times to get where we wanted to go.
Very small place ( i think is the smallest place I ever stayed in, my bedroom is bigger than this) and paid more than other 4 starts hotels in Japan. For example at Universal for a double size room I paid less
While I booked thought booking.com they still charged me extra for city tax. I think is really uncalled for- when book they know how many days, how many people are staying, so easily can be pre-calculated.
I will take that with the booking.com but did not get the chance yet. Was the first time in the world this happened and I have travelled a lot.
I would probably avoid the Sakura accomodations if able
