Good location, good room, cleanliness, very bright spots of the staff: concierge and valet parking person

Breakfast offer generally average, expected at a cheaper hotel
first day very very poor service at breakfast (waiting for cutlery, service, ignorance in preparing Benedict eggs - you ask for avocado, you get guacamole sauce - you warn that it is completely tasteless,..)
employees act completely disinterested, the next day we learned that they supposedly had a staffing problem, that quite a few guests complained.
the second day the service was at the minimum expected level
The employees at the hotel reception are also very slow, trained to say Thank you for your patience. The room was not ready at the time of pick-up, then there was no luggage in the room for the next 90 minutes, then parking for the car was 60 euros per night, instead of 55 euros(Booking info) -it is already quite expensive and a few other minor things. Basically quite a few inconveniences over two days, completely inappropriate for this price range and 5 stars.
Overrated hotel, mainly because of the employees who could solve many a problem with a smile and kindness.
A hotel with potential, unfortunately clearly poorly managed and you get the feeling that they just want money from you, the rest is not that important to them

Jeżeli będę w Budapeszcie to skożystam z tego hotelu.

Z śniadania nie korzystałem, lokalizacja super

Cons:

Po podjechaniu przed hotel Panowie z obsługi szybko podeszli i miałem odczucie że chcą jak najszybciej żeby mi prze parkować samochód.

הכל-מלון מעולה עם מיקום מעולה ,חדר ענק ושירות מצוין.

ביום הפינוי ביררנו אפשרות של יציאה מאוחרת ,אולם למרות שהמלון היה בתפוסה נמוכה קיבלנו אישור עד השעה 14,ביררנו לגבי אפשרות להישאר עד הערב (בתשלום כמובן),אולם הם דרשו מחיר מלא ללילה נוסף.(עברנו למלון קרוב בתשלום של 100 יורו ללילה ,כמובן לא מלון באותה רמה )
