The location was good for where I needed to be, the staff were friendly and the bar and restaurant areas were good

Cons:

Floor 2 was way below the standards I expected. With live building work on going, unsafe floor coverings and holes in the ceiling of the corridor and in my colleagues room.

We requested to change room and was told we could move the following day, only to receive a text advising the hotel was full and we could not be moved. We agreed to a complimentary meal on the last night of our stay but to be honest, I am reluctant to return.

Pros:

The room was very clean and nice. The airport driver who collected me was amazing. Beautiful reception area.

Cons:

I ate in the pan Asian restaurant it was the worst Asian food I ever ate. I took lamp chops and salmon stake. Both were overcooked in an overwhelming terrible sauce which spoilt both food. This particular chef is not equipped to cook these types of food
