Hilton Mumbai (different from Hilton Garden Inn, a short distance away) is located close to the T2 terminal. The rooms are decent. However, the service levels need a relook - the folks at the front-desk do not smile or welcome you warmly or acknowledge your presence while they are busy (!!) attending to paperwork or other guests. Had to dial housekeeping, front desk, wake-up call, restaurant et al a few times with a very low strike rate (pick-up-to-dial ratio). Given the plethora of options available in the vicinity, with this kind of service from a "Hilton" property, not a top-drawer choice.

Overall everything was excellent
I love the ambience the location the food and the staff around which makes the whole experience amazingly honey. Thanks to Mr. Wesley, the female security, Nilofar from the reception, Dikshita from the hospitality and of course Sit Gaurav. Anarpreet anf Gita and all the staff at the restaurant for taking care of me every meal feels like heaven. And of course the housekeeping team Kundan Nirmala Sainath and the rest of the team that makes my room like my own. I will definitely come back and stay here. I miss them.

Food was good. Options were repetitive though and limited.

Bathroom had muddy water. Thin walls so could hear someone talking on the phone in the next room, got disturbed all night. The AC of the room of broken and on hyper cooling mode even on high temperatures, I caught cold by morning and had to step out of the hotel for a whole day. Overall it was the worst 5 star experience of my life and felt zero value for money.

Swimming pool dirty , inside pool black worms moving around , humidity smell in rooms ,detail cleaning should be looked well around the beds

The location is convenient for traveling to terminal 2, but otherwise not a very nice place.
The room smelt of fresh paint.
Our dinner didn't go well as they had only onam special keralite preparations in the buffet.
