Excelente estancia
Pros:

Atención del personal, actividades, distribución de las instalaciones del hotel. Agradezco mucho las amenidades de cumpleaños, informé que mi esposo y yo cumplimos años el dia de la estancia y nos llevaron doble amenidad. Buenos precios, exclente atención, horarios considerables para uso de instalaciones.

Cons:

El guardia de seguridad de la caleta no nos dejó pasar (un pez) jajajaa hasta el momento la estancia fue completamente agradable

Pros:

Poolen och entertainment personal var bra. De kunde få igång hela pool området med sina lekar.

Cons:

Det rummet jag fick luktade stark målarfärg. Jag bad då om att byta rum och vi fick ett nytt. Det stod en målarburk precis utanför förra rummet. Tycker att det är helt bedrövligt att ge ett nymålat rum till någon men speciellt barnfamilj. Det fanns mycket personal men de var verkligen inte serviceminded. I pool restaurangen tog det mycket lång tid att få maten. En gång frågade jag när de öppnade restaurangen då sa de 11.30, när tiden passerat sa personalen att restaurangen öppnade om ytterligare 20 min. Beställningarna var enkla quesadillas eller nachos med guacamole och ändå fick man inte allt på tallriken. En gång saknades guacamolen där de menade att det skulle ta 30min-60 min att göra ny varpå vi fick en slicead avokado istället men fick betala full pris för rätten. I frukost restaurangen fanns en dag pannkakor som tog slut. Jag frågade 3-4 gånger om de skulle komma ut nya där olika personal sa att de höll på att tillagas men de kom aldrig ut och barnen tröttnade till slut på att vänta. Vi satt där i ca 1h då vi var ett större sällskap på 12 pers.

Dinero de fianza después de casi 20 días sin devolver
Pros:

El alojamiento está bien, la piscina muy grande y la zona de la playa es bonita.

Cons:

El desayuno un poco pobre.
Otra cosa que no me gustó es que cuando haces el check in al llegar te piden unos 2000 pesos ( 100 euros) de fianza que te retienen en la cuenta y que nos dijeron que nos devolverían a los 5-7 días hábiles desde el día de salida. Han pasado ya 19 días y siguen sin ingresarlo a pesar de que me he intentando poner en contacto por correo y Booking de nuevo con ellos sin que me lo resuelvan por el momento.
Por suerte, no nos han hecho falta durante el viaje pero me parece que se deberían ingresar el dinero JUSTO en el momento o en la misma semana del check out porque es dinero que privas de que una familia se lo gaste en sus vacaciones.
Espero poder modificar esta reseña si me lo acaban devolviendo próximamente.

Nice pool
Pros:

Entertainment was all great except movie night- loud for very few.

Cons:

Cleaning staff very poor. Didn't change the sheets no towels.
Shower drain barley working.
Very loud electric noise, making it hard to sleep.
Buffet looked good but was always cold.
Food was a disappointment
Grounds were awesome Beach as well.

Cozumel resort and hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was great.
Pool size and cleanliness.
Coati visible from the south corridor in the mornings.
Staff very helpful and polite.
Room clean and spacious

Cons:

Bike conditions could be improved, no ability to adjust seats. However, they are included so that is good.
